About curriculum

Positive remark is that college have good faculty members and principal and they guide us for our future together with the studies. But negative remark is that goverment is not supporting our college to improve the should provided a auditorium and labs according to new techniques and technology so that they create engineers of future.

Course curriculum is good but there should a curriculum which keeps us updated with latest technology and improvements in the society. How we can serve to our society and problem solving to society.Each and every student should given activities related to subject problems and they should prepare a case study on this. Funds should be provided to students for solving problems practically.

Job opportunities are not very good but placement cell improving it day by day. They meet and contact new firms to take interview in our campus so that more firms come later to take students from our campus.

We celebrated following events Hindi diwas Engineers day Gandhi jayanti Annual fest Civil society fest These fests were awesome but there should be provision for food during these events so more students will join these events.

Fee structure is quite high as a goverment college should have. It is feasible for girls but expensive for boys. It should be minimized according to family income of a student. The person having very low income should be free from the fees if he or she is good at academics and financially not good so there should be a provision for feasibility of fees criteria.

Scholarships are provided by goverment but i filled scholarship last year but did not get it till the day the director of higher education is not verifying the documents although every thing i provided for scholarship is true and relevant. This a year happened and did not get my scholarship yet. If you can help me then please circulate this measage to the hp technical university because scholarship is the only hope for my studies.

Labs and sports are quite good but some of apparatus are not in good condition. There is no play ground of college at all. For extra curricular activities there should a auditorium which is not there. But they manage to play some sports which required small area to play like vollyball and kabadi and badminton etc. But there is ploblem for playing football and cricket. Labs are not of very high technology but what ever we have we utilize it in best way.

Senior students are helpful and whenever we need them they are always there to help but not everyone is same some of seniors didn't interact with juniors. I am glad to say that seniors are so friendly and nice and there is no cases of ragging.

I take admission in this college on the basis of merit. I have done my polytechnic diploma in Mechanical engineering and then got admission into the college on the basis of merit in second year. I got 77 percent marks in polytechnic and there are 12 seat vacant in this college i got seat in this college but i had choices to do my b tech from JNGEC but this college is near to my house so i decided to take admission here.

They are good they do their job in best way according to curriculum. They are honest and determined to their job. They try to clear all doubt a student can have. But there is a burdon of assignments written which should not be there.
