No negative sides I have ever seen. Everywhere I went for help they do their best. There is a harrasment if you submit your book lately in the library. For any inconveniences the Dean of students is most adorable.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course of honours in all subjects is available here. Specially science subjects are the best to take addmission here. B.sc course divided into 6 semesters. There are 5 months to attend the classes for one semester.
Placement Experience
Presidency University don't offers placement or job opportunities. It is an autonomous University of only bachelor, masters, doctorate subjects. After completing your bachelor course you can apply here for masters course. It has 40% reservation of self students. For other students there is also an exam named PUMDET
College Events
All types of events happens here. The best event is ISPAT. The duration of ISPAT is more or less 10 days. Defferent kind of internal and external sports held during this event. And lasts with a huge consert. Some other events are ICON , MILIEU and much more
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for one semester is adorable. It's like 2500 Rs/- per one year. External expenses on you like transport,mess,food,book etc. Otherwise this university expenses is much less than some kind of other universities or colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid
First of all you don't have to take any loans to continue your studies in this university. There is many kind of scholarship. Some is given by the state government and central government. Presidency University has a personal scholarship facilities.
Campus Life
All labs are well furnished and full of best working equipments. Sometimes the union organise some kind of competition of extracurricular activities like painting, poetry, photography etc. Annual sports held on February is the most exciting event.
Alumni/Alumna
All the alumnies come back in reunion. Reunion held in all departments individually in their corresponding suitable times. They also contribute for the funds. Seniors are as helpful as the most can.
Admission
There is an exam named PUBDET conducted by WBJEE. It is entrance test to take addmission in this university. Then rank wise students can take addmission to this university. Minimum 60% in 10+2 is needed.
Faculty
The facilities are most helpful. They are always available to solve your problems and they also encourages students to carry greater marks. They keeps their classes as simple as possible. Best part is that they solves your problems over phone call whatsapp also.
