Excellent college

I don't know it is positive or negative but other than lunchtime we were not allowed to sit in the canteen. The canteen was in contentious monitoring by CCTV and once you get in you were not allow to go out of the college.

We had total of 8 semesters. 1st and 2nd semesters are basics then special technical courses come from the 3rd semester and continue till 8th sem. There is 6 months gap between each semester. Labs, Practicals, Vivas were the part of engineering course.

The placements were very good. Capgemini, cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Sterling & Wilson, Orange, and so many companies came at the time of my placement and 90% of students got placed. I got selected in Sterling & Wilson Mumbai where I was for 3 years and most of my friends got places and they are in different fields and places.

Every year there was an annual function in which you could take participate in dance, drama, sports activities. Other the annual function there were inter or intra college competitions. We used to celebrate Holi and another festival as well.

In 2015 fees were feasible and they provided facility of installment. Either you can submit total annual fees or semester wise it depends on you. There were bus fees for students who wants to travel by bus.

They provide different scholarships based on merit and scholarships provided by the government. Students who get a good rank in university also get a good amount of scholarships. A loan facility was also provided by the college.

We had practical lab classes every week. Other than that we had software labs like Matlab, Autocad, etc. They provided our with practice sessions on aptitude & reasoning before placements. All facilities they have provided were good and I enjoyed my college life.

There was a facility of hostel for 1st year only to avoid ragging. Hostel fees were very nominal and they have provided bus facility, security, food, and other services. There were 2, 3, and 4 girls sharing bedrooms and they give first come first serve service.

They arrange interaction sessions with seniors who got placed in good companies so that they can share their experiences and boost the confidence level of other students. They publish the name of toppers in magazines. They also put the name of the placed student on hoarding to make them feel proud and after all the placement they have arranged for a big party in which all parents were invited.

I have given an exam after my 12th "PET" and after the counseling, I got my name on the list then I chose the branch and put my name on up-gradation, and then finally I got electrical and electronics in JNCT Bhopal.

The faculty was good most of them were Mtech & Ph.D. They share their practical knowledge as well as technical knowledge. There was no need of taking tuition classes because they provided us with doubt clear classes & extra classes.
