The college is really good. All the staffs and faculties of the college are really very good. They have always helped us in any way.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was very vast and tough as I studied under the University of Burdwan. But the college faculties help me a lot to understand each topic. But the annual exam structure wasn’t good enough because it created lots of pressure on each student. Although the syllabus was good enough.
Placement Experience
There wasn’t much placement scope in our college. I barely listened about any renowned company which came to college.
College Events
Fresher’s Party - It was a great event in college which made each new student familiar to college. There were two freshers party. One was departmental and another was from college union. In both freshers part, we became familiar to the glory of the college of more and more. Annual Event, Exhibition, Saraswati Puja, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I didn’t opt for any scholarship or education loan. As I am a general cast student so there was very few options for me to get any scholarship.
Campus Life
The campus life was really good enough. Their gender ratio was almost 1:1. First of all, I would like to mention the Physics and Chemistry lab. Both labs were well furnished and had adequate instrument. There were many extra curriculum activities like Inter-college debate, quiz and sports. An annual sports meet was also organized each year.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students were enough helpful. There was not any kind of ragging in the college campus. Senior students always helped junior students.
Admission
I did offline form fill up in 2014 then I submitted my form in College. Later much round counseling took place. I got entry in 3rd counseling. Then I verified all my previous qualification documents by the admission cell. Then I paid my admission fees to the accounts section and took my admission.
Faculty
There were many kinds of faculties from the level of Good to Outstanding. The faculty students liked most were A.K.M. sir who helped each students lots. Rest other faculties helped us too. As well as the other stuffs (Lab assistant) also helped us to understand our practicals.
