Good to get a Degree only!!

This was the most popular institute of West UP and had number of colleges affiliated with it.Beautiful campus ,helping colleagues and some good teachers are the sure positivities of MJPRU.The thing which is yet to be rectified its faculties,course and lethargic attitude of authority toward the placement aspect of students.

The course curriculum is outdated but still it is good to act upon .The main problem with the university is lesser number of permanent and competent teachers . There is no exposure to the external good going programs ,no job orientation programs and nominal placement activity . note-what I have written above is my personal opinion and experience and mostly concerns with the B.Tech program.

Placement is approximately null from the campus .Most of the students got placed in off campus placement program of different program.It is due to their faulty and inactive placement cell either choose for higher studies (because of known placement status of passed out students) so as to get job from their next higher degree or they start preparing for some non technical govt exams which they have never thought of earlier while joining a technical course.

Engineers Day:it is our ECE departmental group of events and not a regular one celebrated by aeven all engineering departments. Fest: It got started when we were at the edge of completing our graduation. Teachers Day: celebrated by approximately all of the faculties. Freshers and Farewells: Departmental farewells and Freshers Day were celebrated.

The good and sole causes of many of the students taking admission in MJPRU was its Fee feasibility and high chances of getting reimbursement of considerable part of the fee as scholarship from the government.But from 2018 decrease in the number of scholarship beneficiaries due to uncleared reasons have posed a serious question for number of students.

I have availed scholarship for four consecutive years ,which is a part of fee reimbursement program of the government.I also took loan from the Bank for studies but this was not offered by my university but I myself opted for it .

Labs spaces were in average conditions and instruments were also in apt number and status.The only bad thing was about labs was its outdated course structure.In the name of sports most students used to play cricket and football and only due to students' initiative and likelihood cricket tournaments was the only most regularly organised yearly sports events.Other than that university teams of various games and sports used to take part in inter university /institution competitions.

Yeah!! I was hostler for three years and for one I voluntarily chose to live as a day scholar for one year.The infrastructure and amenities were not up to the marks but stil due to less hostel and mess charges we manage to console ourselves.

Earlier there were no alumni connection but from my batch particularly from ECE department a WhatsApp group has been made to put us in touch with our alumni and get help in jobs and careers.But now news have come across the authority has taken steps to put the alumni through their website server or some other way.

I got admission through upsee entrance exam conducted conducted yearly by AKTU.The entrance exam pattern is of objective type and a minimum qualifying marks is necessary for getting admission multiple number of colleges and universities .I secured overall rank of 24000 approx. and on the basis of that a seat was alloted to me get admission in this university.

Very less permanent faculties can be rated 2.5 to 3.5 out of 5 in my opinion,other than that no any other faculty is good enough in their role.In the whole course ,I have come across at least 50 subjects and i feel sorry to say that the number admirable faculties may range from 6 to 7 only.
