Overall its good if you are an average student and looking for a college in some decent cat/xat percentile or with decent NMAT OR CMAT scores.Overall the college is very good and provides you good placements options with 100+ companies visiting the campus every year

The course curriculum is really up to date and is market orientated. Students are evaluated on the basis of tests, home assignments, case analysis, seminars, projects etc continuously throughout the duration of the program. Students can choose among 5 electives in the Final year i.e Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations and Information Technology. Students can also choose to do dual specialization.

Placements in IBS Mumbai are pretty decent especially for those in Finance and Marketing. Around 100 Companies visited this year and around 95% students are placed already. The package provided goes upto 16 lpa and International packages upto 22 lpa. The average package is around 6-6.5 lpa.

The co-curricular activities can be categorized as Club, Fests, and External Competitions. 'Konflux' the annual cultural event is an inter-institute event and is eagerly awaited by participants from other B-Schools. There are also various other events of each student clubs ranging from Dramatics, Music Fest, Sports events and many more.

IBS Mumbai offers PGPM and is a non- residential program. The entire Program fees is 8.01 lakhs and is easily paid in small installments throughout the program. The fees also includes all the study materials. If the Student wants to pursue higher education like Phd then they can pursue a MBA certificate from IBS Dehradun for an additional fee of Rs 50000.

Scholarship is provided to academically strong students. Regarding Education loans, IBS helps students in getting Education Loan from various Banks. During the Selection Process Round, there are various Bank Representatives available who helps us to secure a hassle-free education loan.

One thing that IBS can proudly boast about is its ever growing Alumni network. There is an Alumni event every year where the current students gets to interact with their alumni's where they share their experiences and also help them move ahead in the corporate world. Also Alumni's act as mentor to the current students to help them with their problems. Yes, they are really helpful. Whenever you need theri assitance they are always ready to guide you through the right path.

Like every other Colleges, IBS has a decent Faculty, some very experienced in teaching field and some in industrial field, overall the faculty is good. Most of the faculties are very much into the subjects they teach. Each Faculty has some students to whom they act as an mentor.
