This is a new college with many hopes and ambitions, with its rank under 100 in MHRD ranking it's proving that it's not less than any NIT's or even some IIT's out there. It has a very good infrastructure with a High-End Student Activity Center, a separate building for library and computer center, large playgrounds.

The Course Curriculum is very nice and is project-based. We get projects from the first year onward which helps us to explore various topics and to interact with real-world problems. Our course we get 3 months summer vacation and 1-month winter vacation which is very good for internship or learning purposes.

Yes, our College provides internships but I had not been a part of any internship till now, so I can't tell much about that. Most students from Jabalpur come for internships under faculty and no stipends are paid to them.

The placements had been low in our college but in the last 2 years, it has shown exponential growth in the number of companies participating in placements and the number of students getting selected. Some of our students also get placed in companies in Japan. Students also for Off-Campus Placement. The highest package went to 15 lac per year and a minimum of 3 lac per year.

Their main events are conducted in our college 1. Tarang - the cultural fest 2. Gusto - the sports fest 3. Abhikalpan - the technical fest These are conducted in the month of October, January, and March respectively, Following them, many short events are also conducted in our college.

The fee structure is feasible. The fees consist of academics, hostel, gymkhana, and mess. The fess is not too high and nor too low it's affordable. This year the fees had been increased as new construction have been started in college.

There is a scholarship program provided by the college, I don't know much about that scholarship.

There are many active clubs in our college like the photography club, robotics club, racing club, and many other clubs. The clubs come under Cultural Clubs, Technical Clubs, and Sports Club. Many competitions are conducted every month in these clubs and huge participation is been made by the students.

The hostel rooms are very spacious. In each room, 3 boys stay and girls have a separate building with each girl having a single room. Each Hall has its own canteen. The infrastructure is very good with spacious rooms and corridors but there is a little bit of shortage of water in buildings. Every hall has lush green trees and plants with a lawn.

Senior students are very helpful in this college. In fact, every first-year student is appointed by a student guide from a second-year student who takes all the responsibility to guide the first-year student. The Alumni network of this college is very strong, Since it's a new college so it does not have a very wide network.

The Exam structure is similar to IIT Kanpur as it had been the parent of this college. The exam pattern consists of quizzes, mid-semester and end semester including projects. First, quiz1 followed by Midsem, then quiz 2 followed by End sem. Quizzes mainly are of 10%, Midsem of 30% and Endsem of 40%, rest for projects and attendance.

I got admission through JOSAA counseling. The list of colleges came according to the rank list and I had put this college in 3rd in the list and got this in the first round. Then I went to the college where the admission was done manually on papers.

The faculty members of our college are good in terms of knowledge. Some of them had been a part of the various international summits and have won many awards in the field of education. Most of them are strict towards attendance but are friendly to help solve problems.
