Remarks
Its good college for studies but it is expensive.the students who got seats through the merit are hardworking towards their carrier. But the people who got seats through management,They came college for degree sake because their parents are business mens,After completion of degree they continuing the fathers business. These are major things.
Course Curriculum Overview
They conduct three continuous internal evaluation and final examination.40 marks for internal and 60 marks for external. That internal marks includes continuous internal evaluation, Attendance,one mark test(moodle),seminar, Assignment. 60 marks we want write externally in final exams
Placement Experience
Placements are good in my college.No they do not provide any internships.Mostly they try to arrange workshops for gaining more knowledge to students. They help more to students by reducing the fee of the course that they arrange.
College Events
2018-2019: Sonayudh(intercollege dance competition)-they call tamil actor Arun Vijay as a chief guest and Mr India-2018. Sonata(intracollege dance). Sonaria(Music and Singing)-They call tamil music director Santhosh Narayanan as chief guest. Sonabreeze(For School Students)-Different kind of competition and they Call IPS of salem and Tamil actor Bharani as chief guest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is Expensive. For upper middle class and high class family are better to choose. Fee structure is expensive when compared to the other private engineering colleges in Salem. For low class people better not to choose.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't get any scholarship or loan from my college(am not eligible).But they provide.My friends got scholarship from both government and college management. For SWS students government will provide. For Management Quota they provide management scholarship.depend their family situation.
Campus Life
Our college conducts different konds of Extra curricular activities. during their department symposium. Lab are good. Most of the student's got prize in the zonals conducted by anna university. But Ground is not too large.
Hostel Facilities
Yes,I am opted in hostel. It has a good infrastructure for girls alone. For boys is better but not bad. It is pure vegetarian hostel. They even don't put a egg in hostel. In boys hostel they lock the door of dinning hall.for students responsiveness for time management (Mostly morning).
Alumni/Alumna
No,We saw our alumni during their alumni meet of theirs.Most of the faculties call them and describe the experience they got during their works in the company and they also trying to describe how to attend the interviews.
Admission
I got seat through Single Window System by Anna university. Anna university conducting counseling depend upon the marks we took in Higher secondary.According to the marks they call us for counseling. By these i got seat in Sona college of technology.
Faculty
Most of the faculty are good. Some of them are better. Most of the faculty are students friendly.Faculty conditions changes one department to another department.All faculty they use vhp etc things for teaching. They use not only a green board.
