Girls college with with good faculty and infrastructure

College has a well-maintained infrastructure. They have very nice faculty in each stream. The college is well known for its discipline. Rule and regulation is strict regarding attendance. The classroom are fully air-conditioned.

The course curriculum is good. As the college is under Calcutta University, exam structure of CU is followed. From last year they had made many changes in the exam pattern like they have made many subjective paper multiple choice question. Placement opportunities are good in college . There is a placement cell known as placement SSC. An event is held every year called campus drive where different companies came and hire students. They offer full time job and internship too. An average pay for full time is Rs 15000 to Rs 20000.

Every year an annual fest is held in the college which is organised by the student council of the college. In that many event and inter college competition are held. Apart that many events are organised by the e-cell of the college .

Fee structure little expensive than other college. In the three years of graduation course, the fee is paid three times, first at the time of admission, second at the start of the third semester and last one at the start of the fifth semester. Till now there is no online system for payment of a fee. The fee has to paid by demand draft.

In my knowledge, there is no good scholarship or loan facility offered by Shri shikshayatan college. Still there no facility of loan in the college. Scholarship program are also not available in the college.

There are many extracurricular activities which is held in college.Student can take part in events in which they are interested in. Every year there is annual sports day. Many programs are held in college in which student can showcase their talent. Science lab and computer lab are well furnished and maintained.

There is no hostel infrastructure and facilities in the college. But the college has outsource the hostel facility. Students may go for that. It is quiet far from college but it provide bus facility and it's infrastructure is nice. It had its own library , gym etc. It's mess is also quiet nice .

Yes, they are quite helpful and guide us. They are really helpful in suggesting books and giving tips about exams. They have friendly behaviour and they never act bossy over their juniors. There is student concil which organise annual fest of the college. In this all student work together to make this event successful.

I got admission on the basis of my class 12th board result. Online application are available on the college official website after 12 board result. After filing the application form ,student have to wait for the merit list which get published in the college site. The student have to take admission during the period given by the college for this they have to visit the college on the date given by the college. The admission procedure of the college is not so lengthy, they basically verify all the documents required by college for admission like mark sheet, admit card and other certificate. Once all the documents are verified, college fee is paid through demand challan.

Faculty of shri shiskhayatan college are highly knowledgeable and qualified. Teacher are very friendly and helpful of the Shri Shikshayatan college. They try to help there student in any respect. They also support students in extracurricular activities and encourage them in studies and other related matters. Lately, some seminars are also organised by the college. Though they are not that industry oriented but it is good and interesting. Teachers use innovative ideas to teach like projectors and by giving assignments. Quality of education is good.
