Just an honest review

I think overall it's a good college. The people around,the faculty, the facilities they provide , everything is at its best. If you are looking forward to a college for Btech in NCR Delhi you should think about JIIT.

The course curriculum is pretty decent according to the department I am in (electronic and communication). They focus on building up communication as well as subjects of there Fields like different languages and coding.

Yes our college provides internship in the 4th year. It releases forms and Conduct tests as required by the companies providing internships. These internships are useful for your CV when going for a job interview it leaves a really good impression.

Placements opportunities is a criteria I saw when I went for admission in my college. Almost all the seniors I knew were placed before completing their 4th year and that too with a decent package. I am looking forward to my own placement time.

There are many events in our college. The techfest 'cybersrishty' , college fest 'impressions', regular Tedtalks, and many events and seminars for different Fields. Many other colleges come to participate in the events.

The fee structure is feasible as compared to other colleges giving the same education. It's a bit on a higher point as compared to govt college obviously but if we see the job opportunities and exposure it is really good for it's fees.

There are scholarships for NRI students or backward classes. Scholarships are included in her cutoff list and many students take admission in JIIT with this benefit every year. I don't really have much idea about the loan facilities.

There are labs for mainly every core subject each semester. Our college is really active in sports also. There is a special event of fun sports meet every year for students to take part in different sports. For extracurricular activities there are hubs and clubs .

Hostels facilities are the best I would say. The food they provide is much better than the food provided at other colleges. Safety is also kept in mind especially for girls. The hostel has AC and also provide with water 24 hrs

Senior students are a major help to make your college life easier. If you need anything or have doubts in projects, subjects or faculty you always consult your seniors. My seniors would give me notes share there experience in different subjects,etc.

There are three examinations conducted in each semester. First one are t1 for 20 marks ,then t2 for 20 marks and then the final exams for 35 marks. There is a different marking for labs . According to the credits of each subject the sgpa is calculated. This also includes internal marks given by the faculty.

I got admission on the basis of my her mains rank. There are only 4 branches for UG program. According to my rank I got ECE department which I was interested in. They call you in for orientation where it is decided that you got a seat or not.

There is a plus point on the college being not overcrowded that is, teachers pay attention to most of the students. I have vast knowledge and experience in their respective fields and open to curiosities. We learn not only about the subject but many other things from them.
