REVIEW for IP University

Positive remarks about the college is that it is well connected with the metro and easy to reach with the help of auto's. But the negative remark is that you get stuck in the traffic jam at time of office hours.

The course curriculum provided by the university is good. Since, the study in colleges focus for future fulfillment so the courses are based on it. For example, a student who wants to prepare for IES exam, then the subject taught are there as needed.

No, the college doesn't provide internships. For internships, you have to apply to the different companies by yourself. The college helps to suggest that where a student can go for internships, what all companies provide internships and on what basis.

Placements and job opportunities are not that good presently but in the coming one or two years, there will be a positive sign to be seen as new companies are coming up to hire students. Also, as the admissions will now be taken through JEE MAINS exam so the value and ranking for college will also increase in the coming years.

Events are celebrated on the basis of University, College and department wise. There are different societies like dance society, theatre society and sports society etc. That take part in inter college and intra college level. Also there are college fest and university fest which are really amazing and students can take part in them for organizing them or as a participant in different programs.

The fee structure is feasible as the college is affiliated to the state government university. since the college is under state government that is why the fee structure followed by the college comes under Indraprastha University Delhi also the college provides scholarships if a student is not liable to bear his or her expenses.

There is a scholarship system provided by the University to the students who are not able to bear there own expenses. Scholarship is provided on the basis of test taken by the the university as well as by looking the family background of the student.

The extra curricular activities are good in the college there are sports societies in the college which take part in inter college level and intra college level in universities. the Labs in the college are well maintained and the the practicals take place in these Labs according to the time table.

There is no hostel facility in this college. students coming from outside the the city takes PG to accommodate themselves as this college is not so big area wise that is why there is no hostel facility provided by the college

The senior students are helpful as they help you with the projects and to tell that where you can go for internships how to manage time for studies and they guide you for the the exam preparations after the college which you can take and what all things are to be done and not to be done.

The exam structure depends on the course you are in for example as in B tech the exams are based on the semester system. In BTech there are eight semesters & in each semester there are internal exams taking place twice in a semester with internal and external practicals and viva and then the final end semester exams take place.

Earlier IP University used to take there own exam as IPU CET but from this year they have started taking admission through JEE Mains exam. On the basis of merit the admission to individuals are given.

The faculty of the college is good. Only issue is that few faculty gets changed within time of 6 months as they go other opportunities better for there future. Otherwise, Overall faculty are good and helpful.
