Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum of my programme is very intensive. The material is very vast and includes everything from anatomy to medicine and surgery. Exams were a mix of lab sessions and theoretical papers to be written.

College Events

4

I really enjoyed the annual fests that were held in my college. I also had a lot of fun participating in the sports competitions too. There were also educational talks held at regular intervals for the benefit of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees at AIIMS Bhopal is on the lower end since the university is under the direct control of the central government. I paid less than Rs. 6,000 per annum for tuition, hostel, security fees etc. The total fees also included fees for gymkhana.

Hostel Facilities

5

I did opt to stay in the hostel. I got a bed, desk, chair in my room. It was sufficient. The entire hostel was clean and sanitary. I would recommend all future students to stay in hostel to take in the full experience of college.

Alumni/Alumna

All my seniors are very friendly and helpful. They were always there right from the first day. Many of my seniors are now my friends and we regularly meet up. My seniors helped me with my studies and assignments too.

Admission

I secured admission in my programme through the entrance exam of AIIMS. There are only 100 seats for my programme and the admission process was tough. After the exam i went through counselling session.

Faculty

4.5

All my teachers are highly experienced in their fields. I got to learn a lot from them during my time at AIIMS. They were tough but it was in our best interests. I got to learn beyond our course curriculum at AIIMS.

Course Curriculum Overview:

First of all the college faculty and management is very good they teach us each and every topic very easily in a understandable way. Their is also hospital postings to see real life patients and their problems. Their is such good way it is managed that I didn't feel any improvement yet. The exams are held accordingly to the given time table by university and exams are mix of easy, hard and brain storming questions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ive always wanted to be a doctor as my uncle is a doctor and ive lived with him for half of my life. Mbbs and especially internship here prepares a medical student for any challanges that he/she might face while being posted in his bond or in PG. Ive already mentioned about the frequency of examinations. As for area of improvements, they should also incorporate rural visits and train us for real life

Despite being a private college, the hospital rush is huge with good patient load on all the days. Both the clinical and non clinical faculties are experienced and have vast knowledge about their respective fields.
