The college offers BA, BBA, B.Sc. and B.Com. courses in various streams. At at the PG level, the college offers Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Maths, Chemistry and Zoology. The college also offers MA Economics and English and diverse curriculum.

Placement Experience

HIgh profile companies visit the campus and almost every student here get placement in at least one company. Yes the college allows and support students to do internships to gain industry knowledge and experience. Although college itself does not provide internships, but its does hand out recommendation letters to the capable students.

College Events

The college organize various events such as the sports event, tech evwnt, etc during the semester. Also there are many other festivals that are celebrated like Lakshmi puja etc. Apart from these college also celebrate the teachers day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

According to me the college fee is quite feasible. The fee for the B.Sc courses is just between 1000 to 1500 per annum. This is a amount any middle class family can afford to arrange. Also students can work part time to pay their own fee.

Aditanar College of Arts and Science was established in the year 1965 by Sri. Si.Pa.Aditanar. Since a very large number of student have passed out from college. It have a large and strong alumni base.

Admission

Students who wish to get admission in UG courses must have completed 10+2 from any recognized board or university. For the B.Sc courses students must obtained at least 45 marks. The final selection is based on merit in the previous standard.

The college has a total of 82 facilities working on the campus. All the facilities of the college are very friendly and supportive for the students and not just in case of studies. All the professors here are like family and are extremely skilled and have vast industrial knowledge.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900.
