The college organizes various events like SKAIL Foundation Day, Teachers’ Day, fete. Furthermore, SKAIL consists of the following committees to fulfill specific interests : Cultural Committee Sports Committee Public Relations Committee Welfare and Disciplinary Committee Anti Ragging Committee These committees hold various committee related events all round the year.

The fees for the B.A.LL.B (Honors) degree programme for each academic year is Rs. 30,000.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand) only i.e. Rs. 15,000.00 per semester excluding examination fees and other fees payable to the University. Additionally security deposit of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) is there, out of which Rs.5000 will be refunded at the end of the course.

SKAIL encourages student’s participation in various activities – co-curricular and extra-curricular – as a part of students’ total education. There is a sports carnival that's held every year. The college also has it's own basket ball court, football ground etc. The students are also trained in various games like cricket, football, khokho, basket ball etc.

Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. The boys hostel is named as RADHA BINOD PAL BOY'S HOSTEL and the girls hostel is named as SISTER NIBEDITA GIRL'S HOSTEL. Both are well-equipped hostels in a prime location just behind the Kalyani Police Station on a 10 kata land.

Admissions to the B.A.LL.B.(Honours) Degree Programme shall be on the basis of marks as obtained in the preceding examination i.e. 10 + 2 examination as held under the State Board or Central Board or internationally recognized 12th standard examination. However since seats are limited to 120 only divided into two sections, therefore, admission shall be strictly according to marks on first cum basis. The candidates after being selected shall be informed personally by telephone / letter / fax / e-mail. The selected candidates shall be required to present themselves for counseling at SKAIL campus, Kalyani on the date to be informed. This was the admission procedure for the college. I secured 91% in my 12th and got admission in the college.

The faculty of our college is very well experienced and highly qualified. They impart deep and clear education to us and teach us from the very basics. The college also provides sufficient numbers of non-technical staffs to provide an ambience of self-learning to the students.
