A good option for BPharm

College has a good Training and Placement Cell which helps the students to be placed in Multi National Companies. Some renowned Multi National Companies that hire students from KMIPS are Pfizer and Lupin.

Fee for B Pharm is 70,000 INR per year. The course is a full time 4 year degree level program that makes 280,000 INR for 4 years. While some might consider 280,000 INR feasible, it can be expensive for some because college does not provide any scholarships from their side.

As far as I know, college does not provide ant scholarships to students from their side. For the loan facility college does provide a loan from at-least 5 different financiers. The applicable rate of interest goes from 10.75% - 14.5 %. Repayment period is said to be of 7-15 years. Many financiers do not have any upper limit for both national as well International students so students can choose freely the amount of loan to take.

Since it is a college for Pharmaceutical studies thus it has many laboratories . Laboratories are well maintained with all the modern equipments required. College has well equipped and fully developed centralised computer room.

College has an extremely big campus with hostel facility available for both girls and boys. There is one girl’s hostel and one for boys. I’ve some knowledge about girl’s hostel so in girl’s hostel we have 20 rooms with 60 beds. We have wifi on our campus and good cafeteria. The hostel food is pretty decent here.

To get the admission in college, one need to check the eligibility criteria first. For B Pharm it would be +2 science or equivalent and then the admission would be on the basis on the merit list of OJEE( Odisha Joint Entrance Exam). The college also accepts the merit marks of GATE for the admission process. Then download an applicant form from college website and submit it to the college, it can be done via post as well.

College has one of the best faculty in the country. With the ratio of 1:10, professors are highly qualified with some having the experience of over 30 years. Besides regular teaching professors guide the research projects of the institute as well.
