it is good govt college in delhi for b.tech after IIT and DTU . i am happy to be in this college

Entrance Preview

I took LPU CET it have two branch cse and ece and it is best college in university for cse and my rank is 175

Internships Opportunities

no experiance about this but companies like sahara, INFOSIS comes in the college for internship but they dont give high stipend.The internship period is of 45 days and also depend on company

Placement Experience

placement is good. Many companies comes into college like TCS, INFOSIS,etc. Collage have a good percentage of placement this year TCS hiered 126 students in our college

College Events

there are many events helds in our collage sports meet day and fest held on every year on last year famous politician kumar visvas came. In starting of collage fresher party held and it is too good

Fee Structure And Facilities

fee is very cheap as compare to other government colleges which is only 40000 in the first year then it is only 35000 per annum. In the first year 5000 rs extra took for security charge

i have not availed. scholarships gives to sc, obc categories which student is eligible.

Campus Life

gender ratio is too low about 2 girls out of 10 boys. Workshop is good. Singing and dancing complettion is also held. College is too good for sports there are many completion of sports held in university running, football,cricket, valleyball. many others company comes for doing workshop in our college

Hostel Facilities

food is not good in canteen. I am not living in PG. You have to go outside college for good food. food available in canteen is not branded. It is of bad quality.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

seniors behavior is good according to me. There is no ragging that i have seen. Seniors are helpful. when i need help from seniors they every time helped me

Exam Structure

exam structure is good and lab also. Almost every equipment is available in lab its is chilled out. Ac is available in every room

Faculty

faculties in my college is very good. teacher comes at time all the classes held. some teachers do not. taking classes. security is very good security is in every place even in parking neat and clean collage and good environment

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

The placement status of the college is nice but specially the older status was amazing and the seniors told me that this year was the recession time so the placement was not so good but it will be good with time

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
