Remarks
Mostly Positive here. There are very few things to complain here.Study,Cultural Activity,Quality of Education,Sports all the facilities being provided here. Our University Teachers are very Good also.
Course Curriculum Overview
Agriculture is a vast subject so,it comprises of different subjects & we had to appear 3 exams during our Graduation programme(2 short Test & Semester Exam) & During M.Sc programme the same exam Structure follows.
Placement Experience
Yes,During last semester of UG university gave internship through conducting a Programme called RAWE.Also,Placement is very good Presently,Many Agri-related companies come here after Graduation & Post-Graduation to recruit Students.
College Events
Fresher's Programme ; Social(Named "NAIHRIT") ; Cultural Competition(Named "CONCORRENZA" ; Farewell Ceremony(Named "NISARGA").These events are very much decorated & Entertaining.Students get opportunity to show their extra-curriculur activities like Dancing,Singing,Reciting,Drama,Quiz,Skit & many other interesting events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very much Feasible. For UG,Semester fees- ?1250/Semester. For PG,Semester fees-?8000/Semester. The university is Govt aided that's why fees are very much Feasible.Although it is feasible but Quality of education,Laboratory facilities are very Good.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not get scholarship as My family income is beyond ?10Lakh/annum.Scholarship is being provided to Students whose family income below 1 lakh/annum.As My family income is more than that that's Why I couldn't apply for any kind of Scholarship here.
Campus Life
Quizzing is my favourites hobby.I participated in almost 50 Quizzes in last year's.I also have conducted a Quiz Programme during our last Hostel Programme.Beside Quizzing,I like to play Football,Crickets & watch Or follow Sports.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I opted for hostel. Hostel Fees near about ?1500/ Month. The Hostel Fees are really minimum as compared with it's Mess facilities,It provides very Good meal.Rooms are very Good,Our hostel has opportunity for recreation as well as a Good Study Environment.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes there is a friendly atmosphere present in Our University.All the Seniors & alumni are very helpful.Senior-Junior relationship are very Good.We enjoy along with as well as Group Study.Seniors have guided us sometimes in study.It's very Good.
Admission
When I entered in my college,I got selected through Merit list during B.Sc.then After completing my Graduation,I again appeared in University entrance exam & Selected.During Bsc Merit list was set according to Our Higher Secondary Marks.During Msc Merit List was set according to Entrance Exam Marks.
Faculty
Our University Faculty is very good,Teachers are knowledgeable & Very much friendly with students.There are in total 16 departments here so Almost 200 teachers present there to Teach us.Most of the departmental teachers are Very helpful towards students & They teach us cordially.
