My College

Overall it is average college. Teachers are not good but there is no load of attendance and placements facilities are not good as such. Fees is feasible any student can pay but no core company visits for placements.

We have 8 semester in total in Engineering. In that every semester consists of 5 subjects so in particular semester we have 3 Mid sem and 1 End Sem and Internals and Externals are also there and we also have to give many assignments. This is really rigorous and I don't think it should be continued.

Placements are not good. They only provide placements for CS and IT and then also the package is ok ok. There isn't even one core company for other core Branches. And neither do they provide internships to any of the students and don't bother if any student is getting any internship or not.

There are few events organized by the clubs and societies of our college which are E- cell which organises Ted - x and also few other events. Hackathon is organised by technical society ,Shankhnaad which was organized on Hindi Day.

It is Feasible as it is a government college. It costs approx 32,000 per year including bus service. And for ST/SC/OBC students also get some scholarships. And we can pay the money in two installation per semester.

There is chancellor scholarship offered by the University that is offered to the 40 top merit students of RGPV university per odd semester of Rs 20,000. And even Scholarships are offered to ST/SC/OBC students.

Labs are only physically present, working instruments are not present in the labs all the instruments are old and not working properly. Sports events are organised by the cultural group of the college.

I am not living in the college hostel but as I have heard it is newly established and the rooms are also spacious and good is not that good but overall it is feasible. It costs very less as compared to other hostels.

We don't know any Alumini. We don't even know who studied from our college and doing well. There is no alumini meet or any contacts with the alumini or seniors. Alumini never visit college they are busy in their lives.

There is an Entrance Exam which you can give after completing your 12th class called Joint Entrance Exam. There are two levels of this Exam called JEE Mains and JEE Advance on the basis of that various cut offs are decided by different colleges so I gave this exam and got selected in University Institute of Technology, RGPV Bhopal, MP.

They don't even know their subjects how can they teach us. Most of the faculties are temporary and don't teach good. They only teach the easy topics and in exam give the most difficult questions. We have to study everything of our own.
