Remarks
The college is overall good. It is a great place for a student who wants to do engineering in computer science and will get many opportunities and support from college and faculty members. This would not be the same for other engineering branches.
Course Curriculum Overview
My opinion on the course curriculum is ok. Major costs courses are provided in the college. The end semester exams are conducted by aktu and all state colleges have one same paper and on the same day.
Placement Experience
The placement of the CS and IT branches is good. Rest other streams do not have a good placement record on the campus. College doesn't provide internships for now but will start really soon. The college does encourage students to do an external internship.
College Events
An yearly major fest called zealicon. This includes many games quizzes puzzle science exhibitions and much more fun included activities. Sports fest is also conducted once in a year with mostly every sport in it.
Fee Structure And Facilities
A bit expensive. The college fees are four lakh fifty thousand (approx) for four years excluding hostel and other expenses. This is a big amount. Fees need to be paid at beginning of the year and full payment.
Fees and Financial Aid
As such, no scholarship facilities are offered as per my knowledge. The government tho gives scholarships to students who have family incomes of less than two lakhs per annum. You can also consult any bank for loan-related details.
Campus Life
The co-curriculum activites are good. You can get sports and dance and there are two cultural societies that are for acting and cultural activites. The labs are really well equipped and have the equipment needed.
Hostel Facilities
The college hostel has a very low seat ratio. Most of the students have to use private hostels and pgs which are nearby. The college fees are eighty-nine thousand for non-ac and one lakh twenty-eight thousand for ac rooms.
Alumni/Alumna
Some alumni stay connected with the college. This doesn't mean that they are not interested this means that it's hard for them to take time from their busy life. Seniors are helpful mostly and will guide you.
Admission
Through an entrance exam called UPSEE conducted under Uttar Pradesh State Government. The full form is the Uttar Pradesh State entrance examination which happens once every year and for 3 hours. Then counseling is conducted for admission.
Faculty
They are really hard working and helpful. They are available at any time you want even after college hours and will help out your any problem if not then and there then within 2-3 days depending on when they are free.
