Overall Good college in tamilnadu. I like the college very much.My request is, If anyone got Tce dont reject please accept. This college will change yoyr life and I assure that when you came out from college your will surely have a job in your hand.

Course Curriculum Overview

TCE has 8 semesters for every B.E courses.For each semester they had 3 internal exams and one semester exam. Internal exam is for 50 marks.On comparing the internals they choose the best of two marks only and convert it into 40 marks and 10 marks for assignments totally 50 marks. Semester exam is for 100 marks and they convert it into 50 marks. therefore Total Mark =Internals mark 50 + Semester mark 50= 100 marks

The placement opportunities are good in my college. More than 50 IT companies visit our for recruitment.Many Core companies are visited for Recruitment for Non CS/IT students Finally our college have good placement opportunities

soo feasible, while comparing with other colleges our college fee structure are so less and feasible.For management students their fee also too less. This fee include all teaching coaching and examinations.

Yes, Our college provide scholarship for needy students those who have not able pay fees due to lot of problems, they provide scholarship amount to them. They also provide scholarship and funding for projects etc.

They are very much good in laboratory and they explain us very clearly. Then coming to sports they Provide coaching for each sport seperatly they have all facilities to provide coaching to students. After completion of working hours in evening coaching will be provided.

yes seniors are in contact with our college. They help students studying in thiagarajar college of engineering in Education purpose and in project purpose. Alumni whose become great are helping us by providing fund for students.

I secured 196.75 cutoff mark in 12th std. My Aim is to join Thiagarajar college of Engineering and I applied for Anna university counsling.In counsling i choose Thiagarajar college i got TCE for my good score in 12th std

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

I have applied for firstly SSN and write exam but i not able to get it. I get here through TNEA, it is a counselling condued by State government for engineering students. The process is based on physics , chemistry and biology marks they give rank and you get seat according to that, i get a college and course on my preference. I choose this college because of the reputation I applied for PSG tech,CIT , TCE ,SKCT,KCT I got confirmed in TCE ,SKCT,KCT i choose this because it is a aided college,and it has reputation for Vbabout 70 years I didn't have the cut off eligibility for CIT and PSG there are two ways to join our college One is through merit based management They conduct a counselling among the applied and seat is allotted to the highest cut off holders among the attended Two is government counselling You need apply for the counselling and if you are elig You will alloted For state board you need above 188 cuttoff for management seat And above 192 for self supported seat Above 196 for aided seat...Read More
