Remarks
The faculties are very supportive and helpful but the management of the college does not care about students all they want is the overall results of the college to increase as that is what they want to show on hordings for publicity.
Course Curriculum Overview
The subject taught in the course are very useful in modern world the syllabus for subjects are well thought and detailed. There are internal exams conducted by college and external exams conducted by the Gujarat Technological University every semester.
Placement Experience
Our college does arrange campus placement for students and provide job opportunities but it seems like it is more for the fame of college rather than to give students an opportunity as the placement record is not that great.
College Events
There are many events organised in the college like inter college or inter class competitions. Many time they call celebrities for promotion. And many festivals are also celebrated in the college. Every student seems to be happy about this situation.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a private college the fee structure is not so feasible for many Indian students still compared to other private colleges the per semester fees are less. The fees for the course I'm studying is ?30,000 per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides scholarship to the students with good marks in diploma when they take admission. I have a friend who got the scholarship as she scored 9.6 CGPA in her Diploma course. She gets 80% of her fees as scholarship.
Campus Life
As mentioned above there are many events, celebrations and competitions organised by the college management. The labs are not that good though. The computers in computer lab are outdated same goes for lab equipment in other labs. There are no in campus ground for sports.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for the hostel as I live in the city but I have some classmates who are living in the hostel and I visit them sometimes and the hostel infrastructure is good compared to other nearby colleges.
Alumni/Alumna
There are no programs for the ex-students to get in touch with current students to help them out and college does not put any efforts in making that possible. Only the toppers of particular class are called on occasion like award distribution ceremony.
Admission
A central committee name ACPDC controls the admission process for the admission in the college. One can apply for the admission if he/she has completed high school in science stream or diploma course from the stream he wants to get admission in. The admission process is easy and most of it is done online. A merit list is generated and applicants are alloted the seats according to their marks in diploma.
Faculty
The faculties are very helpful they try to help students to grow in every aspect wheather it be academic, sports or any of their personal interest. The teaching skills though are average as most of the faculties are inexperienced.
