Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is very good. It covers all syllabus required to be a proper mechanical engineer. Yes, it did help me in being a better professional. I end up going for further studies. I am pursuing my PhD right now. I am doing PhD in Metal cutting now.
Placement Experience
Placement in my college is pretty good. Though I didn't sit for any placement as I was interested to go for further studies.
College Events

Fee Structure And Facilities
190000Rs during my time(2006). Now it is different and a little higher. When students used to go home they didn't charge for the hostel mess. We used to have lab fees, Academic, Fees, Fest fees, Hostel fees, Mess fees. Total of 190000 per year. It is quite expensive but worth it considering the facilities they provide
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't opt for any loan. My parents are a businessman and used to pay the fees on time. We used to pay on a semester basis.
Campus Life
In my department, there were 5 girls and 72 boys (2006 year). The ratio was 2:5 girls: boys. Campus life was amazing. Along with cultural fest we used to have technical as well as sports fest. They were many clubs too. My college being diverse in many religion many festivals used to be celebrated within the campus. Eg: Holi, Diwali, Lori, be, did etc.
Hostel Facilities
We used to have double sitter room with own bathroom. We had separate mess for boy and girls. The food was pretty good. Hostel fees was 3500 per bed 3500 for food mer month. Mess menu used to change frequently taking the feedback of the students.
Alumni/Alumna
Right now we have Alumni meet on 15thFeb 2020. It was a huge success. It was attended by 170 alumni.
Admission
I had to sit for the state-level entrance test. When I reached my college there was a long line in front of each department desk. First they checked my marks and all my doy. Then I was sent for a medical check-up. I was asked to fill the anti-ragging form. The year was 2006
Faculty
Apart from class lecture faculty were always there to help us outside the classroom too. They also act as our mentor. Apart from studies, each faculty is assigned with 10 students. They become the Teacher Guardian of those students. They help us with everything.
