Remarks
College infrastructure was too good, nothing less than an NIT. Our College is very good at placements, almost 80 percentage of students gets placed every year with some good package. The events that are organised in our College helps us to meet different people from various other colleges in Tamil Nadu.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our faculty gives a clear idea about the course being taught. We have many PhD professors and some highly experienced staff who shares their experience with us along with the knowledge. The student to teacher ratio was also very good in our College. The exams were also challenging as we got the applications of what we learn in the class instead of giving some textbook stuff.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities are available for most of the students, who worth it. Any student who has the knowledge and the skills to prove his knowledge can easily get a job in college placements. Internships are not much available here. But the placements are very good.
College Events
Every year many events are organised in our College. Out of all 3 events are major namely Colosseum (sports event), Daksh(technical event) and kurukSastra(cultural event). Almost every college in Tamil Nadu participates in these three events and many other events are also organised namely carpedium, utsav etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is a bit expensive, as they collect around 60,000 rupees per semester and a separate hostel fee. But the quality of education and lab equipment they provide deserves the fees. But students who are not able to pay this fee can apply for a zero interest education loan. Scholarship is also provided for students based on merit.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our College provides a scholarship of 16000 rupees per year for top 400 hostlers based on the CGPA scored. They also provide extra 11,000 rupees for the top 10 percentage of students in every branch. Education loan is also available from various banks and by applying for a loan we need not pay any money right now and can pay in the future after we get a job and the positive thing is the loan is a zero interest loan.
Campus Life
Labs are very good in our College and all the material required in every lab is available all the time and lab assistants are also available if we need any help. Every year a sports event called "colosseum" is organised. Other events were also organised every year and students are encouraged to participate in these events.
Hostel Facilities
Different hostels are available for students and students can select the hostel they wish based on the number of students per room and the fee of the hostel. The hostel infrastructure and facilities are nice. The maintenance of hostel is very nice and any electrical and civil maintenance problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network was too good, our College takes good of every passed out student when they need any help from the college. Our College Senior students always helps us whenever we need them. Yes they are very helpful.
Admission
Our College accepts admissions through JEE mains score and 12th percentage. I got 28000 all India open category rank in JEE mains entrance examination and 97.6 percentage in my 12th class. So, I got an admission through merit list. Later we should attend for a councelling to opt our favourite branch in which we wish to finish our degree.
Faculty
Our College faculty were too good. They treat the students like their own children and puts their maximum effort while teaching. They also encourages us to participate in sports and extra curricular activities. They also teaches us discipline.
