About BVM

Being a student of BVM is the luckiest thing in life. The atmosphere is wonderful to study as well as the students also are helpful in nature. The facilities provided by college is wonderful. They try their best to make us motivate.

The course has lecture and lan session in which syllabus is covered. We have 2 mid semester exam of 30 marks each. And we have to score atleast 14 marks from both exam. And last a 70 marl end semester exam from whole syllabus. Adding marks from viva and submission it counts total of 150 marks.

BVM is excellent college where several companies come to select students. We are lucky to see multinational companies in our college. In our college it is mandatory to have 6 week internship at any industry. My experience was awesome during the internship. We come to know about the real time application of what we are studying. I have visited Anupam industries Ltd., Elecon, Rhino industry etc

Every semester we have several events in our college. Especially GENESIS & UDAAN. The students are organising several different sub events. Which can taught us practical application of learning like bridge building, dam making, house making, water rocket, latest quiz, treasure hunt and much more.

The college is Government and Self finance both. For government student it is around 5000 ? per semester and for Self finance student it is about 118000 ?. I think it is affordable for such college which has high standard. And also a well known college from past.

From my admission i have availed scholarship named MYSY. It requires several documents and also college people helped us and i got it easily. Also ELECON SCHOLARSHIP is there. It provides around 2800 ? every year to needy students.

In lab session we have too much machines in very good condition. We have Lathe , Milling maching, Drilling machine, Rolling machine, Hydraulic press also several welding machine for different types of welding. Also we have CNC machine. For design software i have learnt from CREO, MATLAB etc.

I have not opted for hostel but i have visited and the infrastructure is very well. And it feels comfortable living there. As my friend lives in hostel i have quite less knowledge but he never complains about it and the water facility is also good.

Senior student always help us in reaching our goals. They use to guide us about the future conditions. Also they give us their books at low price. They also motivates about future exams and help us to prepare for it.

I gave GUJCET exam. I applied in ACPC, which decides rank on basis of 12th result and GUJCET score. Then i applied for production engineer in acpc online site. My rank was good enough so i was selected in that course. Further by visiting college and filling certain documents admission was confirmed.

We are lucky that we are studying under faculties who are from IIT and so experienced that we can easily understand everything. The professor have enough knowledge about the subject also he tries his best so that we can get the concept easily.
