About college

There is more about this college some is good and some is bad. If they improve the quality of study the students will improve. They must improve the quality of faculty. They have to develop students English language and their creative mind.

Actually this is a autonomous college working under Anna University Chennai. Course curriculum is quite better to learn and develop the concepts. The exam structure is 2 parts one is internal and other is external. On the whole semester you have to gain internal. In semester exam you have gain external exam.

Placements are happening in the college. But the company is not well enough. Some big companies come once a year like core companies. In Tamilnadu if you score above 85 percentage. It doesn't provide internship.

Yearly once our department conduct symposium for chemical engineering this is known as technical symposium. While other departments celebrate 4 events during a year. They collect nearly 1000 rupees per head.

It is feasible than the other colleges. I came this through counseling. So I have to pay government fee structure. But othe r students are come through management quota. So they have to nearly 1,00,000 in a year.

I have attained loan in Indian overseas Bank. My college don't have loan facility. But they give scholarship for students who came through government counseling. Other students who came through management system they doesn't have scholarship.

There is extra curricular activities like NSS, IEEE, volunteers. Other than we have find good internships and workshops etc. they give more important to sports students. Labs are good for this college.

Yes I was opted for hostel. The hostel infrastructure is quite good. But the maintenance is not done regularly in the hostel. They have solar heater facilities. That's solve. Other than the hostel fee is quite reasonable than any college in Tamilnadu.

Yes my seniors are helping me to study and review the subjects that they studied a year ago. They can be helpful to find jobs. They say about the job opportunities, etc. the are good at helping junior students.

I got admission through TNEA system. I have selected a list of colleges with rank wise. It is having 5 rounds of selecting system. I am in round 4. I have created a rank list and waited. This whole is online process. Then I choosed this college. I had enough cut off. So I got admission in this college.

In our department there are only 8 available faculties. They are qualified good enough. But some faculty have no knowledge to teach. They are time passing in the college. Some faculty doesn't care about students future they are arrogant.
