Remarks
College is very nice in every aspect. Their is some shortage of facilities but it is growing day by day. The different activities in college provides increment in knowledge. The college is very good in providing different opportunities.
Course Curriculum Overview
I did civil engineering course in which their were total 8 semesters and each semester consist different subject and different practicals. In 1st year we were suppose to read all subjects for initial knowledge but from 2nd year onwards we went in depth with our own stream.
Placement Experience
Yes oir college provided placements for different branches such as Computer engineering, ET&T etc. There were different job opportunities such as teaching etc. No our college dont provide internship. My experience in my college was best and i enjoyed every bit of my college.
College Events
Different event celebrated in my college are ; Technical fest named UDAY Sports events Robotics event Environment day celebration Extempore competition Debate competition Mock parliament Group discussion
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible for upper middle class people but expensive for lower middle class and below lower middle class The fee structure is according to the university rules and termscand conditions. In my case it was feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college didn't provide any scholarship but the did let us know about different scholarships provided by different company and funds. They provide loan facility anyone can avail that by having good grades every semester.
Campus Life
Yes labs were provided for different subjects such as in my casw there were geotech labs, concrete lab, fluid mechanics lab, survey lab, etc Sports was also provided in my college. Their were separate lectures for sport and sports ground was also available. The different type of playing tools were also provided. They all were good and we enjoyed a lot in every activity and sports by our college.
Hostel Facilities
Yes i opted for hostel in my 1st year. The hostel fee was feasible. The hostel infrastructure waa not too good. The facilities provided were minimal. Like the food was not that good according to the money we paid and the hostel was not well furnished.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumini meet is organised every year in our college for seniors. The alumini meet is very helpful in every aspect as it provides connection between seniors and juniors and they also tell about their achievements and how to proceed in future in different streams.
Admission
The chhatisgarh government organised a entrance exam called PET(pre engineering test) then their were counseling for different colleges in Chhattisgarh and according to rank i got admission im the college
Faculty
Faculties were nice. The amount of knowlwdge they gave us was sufficient for the Examination basis of our university (Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda technical university). The teachers were well qualified and full of knowledge.
