Remarks

I spent three years in this college. Never ran out of attendance. Criteria was atleast 70% mandatory. Those three years were memorable for me and i totally enjoyed over there. Overall this is very good college. Not that bad as it sounds from above reviews

Entrance Preview

I appeared for the Common Entrance Test (CET) which is help every year by Guru Gobind Singh university. My rank in that entrance test was 358. I chose this college as all the colleges were not having BCA course which i wanted to opt as i was interested for a technical course and wanted to study further in computers. Also the college was closer to my home and only few seats were left to be get full.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is as per Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University as the college is affiliated to it. Overall course is perfect. Passing criteria is 40% in each subject.

Internships Opportunities

College won't help that much for internship and placements are not that good. Also they always ask for money for internships and jobs. I done my internship from Sam Web Solutions for 3 months without any stipend.

Placement Experience

Placement is not that good. No good companies come for hiring here. At my time of college there were only bpo's who were there for hiring. Basically for BCA do not expect for placement here.

College Events

University fest is help at main campus every year. Duration is 2-3 days every year. College fest is also there every year lasts for a day. University fest is good college fest is not that happening.

Campus Life

Campus life is a bit boring as there is nothing even near to the college. College is campus is just a building which consists of classrooms labs etc. Gender ratio is almost equivalent. Crowd is mainly from the rich families. Nothing in terms of sports activities are held but nothing is there in college campus except the TT Table. Extracurricular activities are few. One college trip every year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is not there. There is just a building on the name of campus. College canteen is there in the bassement area. Cafeteria is average.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are helpful. Administration is average but strict. Never experienced anything from the alumni section.

Faculty is all young yet intelligent. All the teachers are helpful.

my best decision for my enjoyment

Placement Experience:

The college provide very good placement after the second year, provided student should not have any backlogs. The average package that my last year senior received around 4.3 lpa. Many of the reputed IT companies had vistied my campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would read the IGNOU courses curriculum has good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the syllabus is well structured and design for distance learning with study material explain concept clearly and support service study this flexibility and affordability for the main reason I choose this course the curriculum provides are strong theoretical foundation and is useful for father studies as well as basic professional knowledge how ever Addy more practical exposure life internet is session and update industrial oriented content could make the course even better IGNOU conductor and examination twice a year along with compulsory assignment that contribute to the final marks the exam schedule is convenient and difficulty level is moderates student to follow the study materials and cement on the time can clear the exam without much difficulty or all the curriculum is student friendly relevant and su suitable for learner who prefer flexible higher education while managing other responsibilities.

Placement Experience:

There is no real campus placement system in IGNOU for most UG and PG courses. No regulaar companies visit the campus. no official list of recruiters, or roles. Only few job fairs or career webinars There is no publish verified placement statistics and placement percentage is not available. my plans after getting degree is prepare for higher studies and job roles alongside

Placement was one of the strongest factor of Shikshapeeth College as more than 90% studnents got placement from my batch and lot of students got multiple placement offers, however, I got 5 placement offers from different IT companies and the best part was i earned my 5th & 6th Semester Fees during my study.

A disciplined college with average exposure and honest reality.

Placement Experience:

Placement at jims vk2 are average and not very strong, especially for BCA. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th or 6th semester. Compinies and offer Some small it companies , startup,and service based firms visit the campus. roles are Technical support, junior developer, and so on. Package details Highest package: Around average level, nothing exceptional. Average package: Entry level salary , suitable only for freshers. College does not officially publish detailed placement stats . placement percentage : only a small percentage of students get placed through campus. mostly students look for off campus placements. Employability and my plans after completing my bca i go gor off campus placements.

Ethereal experience at TIPS

I applied for IITM in Janakpuri and Maharaja Agrasen I could get admission in these colleges but I chose TIPS because the crowd and IITM is not good and Maharaja Agrasen is very far away from my house so I ended up taking admission in TIPS as it is close to my house. I got rejection from Maharaja Surajmal as my rank in IPU CET exam was not up to the mark to join Maharaja Surajmal. the admission process of my college was smooth, I gave the IPUCET exam which is held by the Indraprastha University after the results we have to make a priority list for the colleges we want to take admissions in.
