It's a good college in the state which provides a quality education and it's in the second place in the state all branches are good in college with best staff the labs are good and sports day will be conducted

Curriculum is very good and easy to understand the metallurgical engineering deals with extarction of metals and alloys mainly iron it has subjects like iron making physical metallurgy steelmaking nonferrus extractive metallurgy

The companies like steel authority of India limited mishra dhatu Nigam limited Tata company essar steels dual rings Atlas copco and other companies are committed to provide jobs for our students the pay scale is 30000-50000

Freshers day is celebrated to welcome new members to all branches in the month of August and farewell is celebrated in the month of March just before final semester annual day and srujna fest is the tech fest

It's best fee structure lowest fees the fee is 3300 for year can be payed in any sem there is no need of paying fee if you belong to sc/st/bc the people who get scholorship should not pay any fee the fee will be reimbursed

Scholarship is provided by the government the amount is 12000 it is possible for only bc sc st not for oc they donot get scholarship and also fee reimbursement the people who stay in hostel will get more amount

small branch with limited scope but the advantage is the competetion is less which ensures your success with little enthusiasm and sincerity, employment is the percentage of getting government job is more

Admission

Apply for polycet on 10th, attended for counseling, Seat will be alloted, report at the college with all certificates like 10th memo rankcard income certificate caste certificate migration certificate physical fitness certificate.

Faculty

It's a very good college with well experienced faculty and they are well qualified recruited by public service comission they are qualified in NIT's and IIT's they not only teach subject but also they they teach human relations etc

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Think not much huge placements happened, as per my knowledge on an average of 6lac per annum salary getting. My plans after getting a degree are completely different from the first I think.

Jawaharlal Nehru Government Polytechnic - A good atmosphere

Remarks:

We have good atmosphere around our college. A well trained Faculty and HODs. We have a very huge ground for playing sports and conducting fests etc. We have 2 separate blocks and have 7 branches totally
