It was very far from the city. And no local transportation were there , we have to depend on college for transportation and it has fixed timings so if we miss the bus we have to do private taxi or go by walk to college which was 10 km far from the city.

Course curriculum is very adaptive & it has inter disciplinary type of course means every student of any branch should study some subjects of every branch. There were only 3 branches in btech , mechanical, cse, ece.

At my time placement was not so good in mechanical stream but it was very good in computer science and electronics & telecommunication. Yes my college also provide internship in seventh semester & most of the students get pre placement offer during there internship.

There were three two of events happening in my college i.e. technical, cultural. In both events almost all colleges of jabalpur & most of the nits participate in events. There were some big prizes for the finalist in every event happened during fest.

Fee structure was feasible at that time, but now a days as MHRD increased fee structure of every central college so in my college also fees increased & now if a economical weaker student gets admission then he should apply for loan & he can easily get.

If i talk about scholarship in my time one scholarship was there for top 15 students of every branch i.e. Merit cum mean scholarship. To be eligible urs family income should be less than 2 lakhs. I got scholarship in 2ndier to final year.

Labs was awesome, we used to sit at night lab is opened 24 hrs. Many research labs were functional during night and they were of modern technology & students learnt a lot from these labs. Sports facilities was not up to the mark that time since it was a new college.

In starting first year we were provided accomodation outside of the college like 10 lm far from the college, in secondier we got hostel, and since hostel was newly built so it was nice and have modern looks, design of the hostel was very nice & it has scenic view also.

Alumni network was not so strong since my college came into existence in 2005 only. My seniors had some seriously good placements in japan , usa. & Some reputed companies in India. Now it has got some good alumni network.

I got admission through AIEEE exam which happened in 2009, i got rank 19117 through which i secured a seat in iiitdm jabalpur college. I got admission in last round of the counseling.There were 11 lakh students appeared in 2009

Faculty in my college is the most experienced faculty of central government. They had good knowledge of curriculum & what to teach in every branch so that a student can easily succeed in his carrier. Faculty has relation with Japan also.
