Course Curriculum Overview

The exam structure was same as of Panjab University Standards. There are three sessions of exam September, December then the final exams of Panjab University Standards. The final exams were conducted in college itself.

Placement Experience

Basically the college have not attached to any of the companies for placements and jobs. Being a Government College it is not in the hands of the college faculty to arrange something like placements and jobs.

College Events

There were many events that were celebrated in the college out of which the main was College Youth Festival. There were so many other events like independence day celebration, republic day celebrations etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was very feasible and were designed for middle and lower class families. The college fees is approximately 6-7 times less than the private college fees. Also the SC category students got the scholarship from university.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were no such loan facility was there but scholarship is available for needy and SC Category students. Every SC Category student got more than the deposited fees in the whole year from the University.

Campus Life

The Labs of the college are fully equipped with the latest technology and latest apparatus. There were a sports meet in a year in which each and every sport was played. Also the best players were rewarded with prizes and got the chance for state level competitions.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of the college were very supportive and there was zero ragging in this college. The most of the doubts were cleared by seniors and also by alumni network. The alumni network was so strong that they even help us in the exams.

Admission

I got admission by Merit List. My Rank was 68 and I got the admission at 8th place. The admission process is very simple and fare. There was full transperancy in the admission process. Firstly we have filled the form and then the merit list was prepared.

Faculty

The faculty of the college was well educated and very well behaved. They were fully supportive and had the perfect knowledge of practicals. Due to knowledge they had answered our each and every query regarding the whole subjects.

Nice collage for middle class students

Placement Experience:

onwards 4th semester students are eligible for internship and after 6th semester students are eligible for placements and companies which repeatdly visits are collage are TCS, infosys, LNT, mother dairy, IBM etc. Average package of this collage is nearly 4 lakhs per annum and placement percentage is around 70 percent.

A perfect place for growth and learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the curriculum is well-designed and covers all the important MLS subjects with both theory and practical training. It helps us understand real-world lab work and prepares us for future studies or jobs. The curriculum is good, but adding more practical sessions and updated lab equipment would make it even better. Exams are held regularly, and their difficulty level is moderate. Students can easily pass if they study on time, though practical exams need more focus.

Great College for Medical Students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly I was not sure if i should do i MLS course, but after I came to this college , they cleared my vision. I don't have enough knowledge about this specific field, the montors guided me & helped me to choose the best. Now I am very happy and satisfied as being the part of MLS department. I will become a Lab technician after this course. The lab technicians plays a very important role in healthcare department. This college provides internships to practice everything. They also conducts job fairs for students such as" Umeed Job Fair "which was conducted recently in the college. The 1st year is basically is theoretical & practical knowledge, after that in 2nd or 3rd year, students gets placements.

Placement Experience:

I am a first year student and I don't know much about placement. But I did heared they provide placements and company do visits eg fortis.they do claim to provide packages around 2.5 LPA to 7 LPA. My plan after getting a degree is to study masters and then get a job in a respective it company

MGC( FATEHGARH SAHIB) life

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty,their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

Review of SCD by BBA student

. I applied CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY (CU) college and I also got confirmed seat. but I don't choose this college because of their high fees and was in other district. I choose SCD GOVT. Because this college is very appreciative name and very affordable price. . I don't get any rejection from other colleges. I make it there because of affordable price and good staff. .
