About my college

Our college has more positives than negatives when coming to education and extracurricular activities but coming to internships/on campus placements they are only negatives. When we talk about college infrastructure it is not up to the mark.

Our course curriculum is good but not best one because it consists of 44 subjects. As a computer science student we really don't need that number of subjects and one good thing about course curriculum is we have 18 lab subjects. Through this lab we gets tha practical knowledge. Our college exam structure is every year we have two semestes and each semester consists of two internal exams and two or three lab exams based on syllubus and one end exam.

The job opportunities in our college is below worse. Even though the students in our college are talented we don't get even 2 to 3 on campus drives. If we get job then they provide internships otherwise they won't.

Every year we have department wise tech fest and and one college annual day.In tech fest the department conduct two or one workshop. To participate in this workshop the students comes from the different places and also there are some technical events. In annual day we have some sports competitions.

Our college fee structure is very feasible. Even poor people can afford the fee in our college. The fee per every semester is five thousand rupees only. The fee structure in our college is feasible because this is one of the institute which is under government of andhra pradesh.

The students who got secured the rank below 10000 in the entrance exam and below the poverty line will get full scholarship from the government. There is no loan offering from our college because the fee structure is feasible no one is interested to took the loan.

Our college encourages extracurricular activities. In our college sports is the main priority after education.Our college lab infrastructure is good for some of the departments but some departments don't have even labs also.During annual day we have dance and sports competitions.

Hostel infrastructure is good and facilities are also good but coming to food it is worst and gym facilities are good in our hostel and surroundings are clean. The environment around my hostel is super.

The alumni in our college won't be helpful. They are busy with their works and in college senior students are helpful. If junior students get help from their seniors they are helpful.Seniors are helpful until they got releaved. Once they are releaved they won't be helpful any longer. This has to be changed in our college.

I got admission through an entrance exam called EAMCET. This is the entrance exam conducted for andhra pradesh students. The ones who got good rank in this entrance exam get good college. After the writing of entrance exams we need to wait until the results announcement. After announcement of results there is a round called certificate verification and after that based on our rank we get the college.

Our college faculty quality is above average because most of the faculty are contract based. Our college have 7 departments. Each department have only 2 to 4 professors and 4 to 6 assistant professors.
