A new experience

Administration is somewhat lagging elections have adverse effect on study and routine of college placements are good over all good place to study and the environment of Chandigarh is also good so last but not the least i have a great experience and 3 more

I took JEE Mains my score was 145 i got 34745 rank through jac counselling i got this college i also wrote JEE advance but i didn't clear the examination according to my rank i would got nits with branch like ECE and IT but i had to pursue in mechanical engineering.

Course curriculum when compared to other colleges like iit or nit varies from subject to subject for example in engineering mechnics we have to study in deep course matter is also very deep one thing which i like about my college is that in 2nd semester we studied MATLAB this subject is being taught in other colleges in 5 or 6 semester.

Very less internships are being provided by my college this is the darker side of our college. Some companies have Provided stipend of rs 10000 per month in the past but in present day very less students try to get internship after passing out from college apart from this campus placements are good in our college around 50% of students from my branch i.e. mechanical branch get placed every year.

Placements are good but not very good, computer science and IT branch students have more opportunity as compared to other branch students because many software companies come to our college every year for ex- infosys,delloite,TCS and etc. The most interesting thing is that jugnoo auto cabs have recruited 2 students this year at 12 lacs annual pacakage.

Goonj is the most famous event held in the month of february every year our technical event is Avishkar which takes place in december every year apart from this sec efficars event is being organised by my college this year for last 4 years sae efficycle is also being organised in our college but this year L.P.U has organised this event.

Annual Fee is approximately 75000 inclusive all it is easily feasible.

E.W.S category is there in our college in which 90% of the fees are slashed for the students under economic weaker section.

There is one Robotic club named as JUGAAR,E.D.C cell is also here which provides a new opportunity for the students who wants to do business along with their studies edc will provide fund to the startups for the students,Politics is full fledged in university some of the great politicians like Dr. manhoman singh,sushma swaraj studied here,along with this several film stars like Anupam kher and Kirron kher have pursued their education from our university.

Hostel facilities and food facilities are ok not very good not very bad. 2 students live in a room which comprises of 2 almirah study table and chair and two single bed. Bathrooms are clean daily and also the path of hostel mess provide clean and hygienic

Alumni network is very powerful in both our department and university as i have already mentioned the great names in the above column many IAS and IPS are the alumnus of our college.

We have 2 sessional exams and semester exams apart from laboratory exam and class test which is held once in a week.

Faculty of our colleges are also well experienced some have the qualification of PH.D while some have masters degree. So we have a great learning experience.
