Review of Amity University, Noida

If you have alot of money then it is fine and if you cannot jelup with Rich brats who have alot of attitude because their dad made huge money then don't come. not a great University to work three choose someplace more worthy which will charge less and give better then Amity.

I am from journalism and mass comm. Course which is known as ba(j&mc) in our university. The course is a complete package of practical and theoretical knowledge. And their as research papers that we have to make do an internship make projects to gain some practical knowledge. Other then the core courses they also help us with a foreign language and some courses like behavioral science to gain knowledge about ourselves. If someone is willing to work then Amity have all kinds of help available in the University itself.

Our college provides internships and job opportunities but again it depends on the students if they are good enough or not stipend is diff. According to the opportunities. And overall experience is just fine not so good because they try to show placements by concluding internship percentage.

If I look after every other thing fee structure is a little expensive it could have been a little low. And they charge huge fines when someone fails to pay on time even I have pair huge fine amounts myself cause i belong to a poor family and 500 INR per day is huge and then 7.5k after a week.

They provide scholarships arround 90% of the fee if a student is able to score more then 90-95% and it is actually good for people who are good with those writing skills I'm exams. The more pages they fill the more marks they get

They have a lot of them but nobody actually cares the students hardly want to participate in any such activities cause their is a sense of biasness can be felt by people who participate and loose even after a really great performance.

Hostels are fine but they are a little too strict and don't let the students go out without calling their parents which I think is not in favour of someone's privacy and their rights to go wherever they want

They are not helpful at all this is Indian how we choose alumni of a campus everybody knows that it's all crap acc. To me. It is just the alumni is not because they were from Amity it was all their hardwork and luck and these are just printing their photos and name to take credit.

I applied online and then they selected me on the basis of my form and arranged an entrance exam and an interview same day and after that they declared the results in their given platform and sent a mail to me. About further fee process and registration process to be done in their office.

Faculty is good some are very friendly where on the other hand some are not friendly at all. Most of the faculty have practical and field experience of the subjects they are teaching the students. They choose faculty who have a good experience in field.
