Remarks

Yes I have positive remarks for my college. This college taught me so many things about educational and extra educational things too. I'm waiting for graduation ceremony for being first doctors batch of my college.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course is 4.5 years long + 1 year internship. Exams are yearly basis. The universities present through state take exams of their sub colleges respectively. Exams are in 2 parts. Theory and practical exams. Total 19 subjects are divided throughout 4.5 years. First year contains anatomy, physiology, biochemistry. 2nd year contains pathology, pharmacology, forensic medicine, microbiology. 3rd year contains Opthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, PSM. 4th year contains all clinical subjects surgery, medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics, radiology, anesthesia, dermatology, psychiatry. In my opinion the system is quite good. We get enough time to study except in 4th final year. But I managed everything.

Placement Experience

4.5

Yes they provide internship. I haven't reached into internship phase. But stipend given is 13000 rupees per month. They give it 3 months combined at end of 3rd month respectively. Usually they give choices if someone wants to do internship in that college or somewhere else.

College Events

5

Yes our college celebrate many events together with professors and students. Festivals like Navratri, Ganesh chaturthi, Holi, Diwali. And events like freshers party, annual function, sports week, fantastic February. Students take part in it enthusiastically and awards ceremony being conducted too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Little expensive. Normal seat students have to pay 3 lakhs per year. While management quota students pay 7 lakhs per year. Fees are given on semester basis. Divided by 2 of yearly fees. Can be given by cheque, drafts, online banking etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed MYSY scholarship provided by government for mbbs students. Loans some students get by their community or from banks. Main criteria is depending on annual income of family. Which is caped at around 4-5 lakhs.

Campus Life

4.5

Yes sports week being held in every February or March month. Extracurricular events also held in respective months. Labs are with full equipments and technologies. There's also gym and boys - girls common rooms.

Hostel Facilities

5

Yes most of students stay in hostels. They have provided UG Hostel of 10 floors for students. Which having canteen on 1st floor and parking facility on ground floor. Total 4 lifts at different locations and stairs too. Common bathrooms toilets washrooms on each floor. One water cooler on each floor. Swipers cleans each rooms and floors daily except on holidays. 3 students in each room. Rooms having enough space and furnitures. Good electricity and air ventilation.

Alumni/Alumna

Actually I'm in pioneer batch. So no any senior students. But interns and resident doctors here in associated hospital provide us good teaching in respective teaching time. They help us by sharing about their experiences and future exams structures.

Admission

I got admission through combined merit list of GUJCET and 12th state board exams. The state board exams marks are combined of both 11 and 12 th standard marks. After that education board publishes one common merit list of whole state 11-12th science B group students. And rank wise students get admission in their provided colleges

Faculty

5

College faculty is all present as per structural table. One HOD, 2 associate professors, 3-4 assistant professor and 2-3 tutors. Exams are conducted by HOD and associate professors. Practicals sessions are conducted by tutors.

I choose this because I want to be doctor in my family because no one is doctor in my full family. I just want to be doctor. I study for this course sens 11 th but I don't get college in 12 th pass because neet mark are not good. In mbbs you should study regularly so you can pass all exams ezely. Mainly difficulty are not fix all time .
