My College

It is a very good College for all round development for a student as it was in a city atmosphere and equally in a cultural environment. It is a coeducational institution so that every one can communicate with out any gender based fear.

It is very good curriculum observed here in my college. The exam structure follows in the following way 70+30 Marks total of 100 Marks 70 Marks is the final semester paper It consists of a total 10 questions from 5 units of syllabus in every subject. In those 10 questions we should attempt 5 questions that to we can attempt question 1 or question 2 from 1st unit That is a internal choice for 1st and 2nd question like the same way one question from the 3rd and 4th questions should be attempted from unit 2. This process follows for all the 10 questions. Where the remaining 30 Marks were internals And it was further divided into 20+10 20 marks for mids/internal examinations 2 mid tests will be conducted for 30 Marks and those were reduced to 20 marks in 2/3 ratio. The highest scored mid will be multiplied by 2 and the low scored mid will be added to that and the total is divided by 3 to get the internal marks of 20 and 10 Marks were taken average of 2 assignments and 2 quiz test of the respective subjects. Lab examinations: 2 internals and 1 external will be conducted Internal exams will be conducted for 25 Marks each and the final external will be conducted for 50 Marks.

Placements were excellent and College won't provide any internship but they will guide us to do the internship in internshala by sending us the notifications when to apply. I haven't done any internship yet.

Club activities were done in large number like NSS ,We are for help , Rotract , SAAC , IEEE , etc. Almost 7 cultural and social clubs were there in our college. Ekatra is our College fest it was held in February every year.

Feasible Fee is about Rs.1,11,500/-. But for the students who secured below 10,000 rank in APEamcet if they have white ration card the total fee reimbursement will be given by government of andhra pradesh.

College will circulate the scholarships details to apply. For the students admitted through eamcet Jananabhumi scholarship will be provided and National scholarship will applied by the college for the merit students in the previous class

Sports there were different sports encouraged in the college like keeping different tournaments with in the College for Cricket,volleyball, Basketball, chess, table tennis, weightlifting, football, long jump , running etc.

3.5 out of 5. Infrastructure is good and sanitation is also good. But there is no non-veg will be provided in the mess and food is ok it is no so delicious but it is ok you can order outside food. Security for girls and boys hostel will be tight. Without the required permission they won't allow the hostel students to go out.

College seniors were very helpful they won't even rag the juniors. They guide Juniors when they stuck in dilemma to select the electives. What they want to do in end semester examinations. Parallel roll numbers will be guide by there parallel seniors mostly.

I got admitted as per my Andhra pradesh eamcet rank which is 4650. Through APEAMCET counseling Procedure I got my Engineering seat in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College Of Engineering (Autonomous) in Computer science department

They were well trained faculty and were very student friendly. Students can go or call to them any time if they have any doubts regarding the subject. Or any other issues. To the maximum faculty members they always try to develop us not only in studies but also kn other extra curricular activities
