I had prepared for Engineering entrace exams, and secured a rank of 12000 in state engg. test which made me eligible to get admission in a reputed engineering college of my state, up. I had chosen computer science and engineering course on others as I always have a interest in computer world. and have a great career opportunity. As I was selected in state level exam, my admission was done with a process of counselling to choose the college on basis of rank. after whole procedure I got IIMT college to persue the course.

There was a lot of subjects throughout the course. Some of which are purely theoretical, some related to management etiqutte and some are practical. Practical subjects was the most important as it teach us about the real world scenario related to our profession. and these subjects always motivate us to move on and shape ourselves with the need and demand of companies.

I done my internship in Dynamica india solutions, noida, up. I worked on an project on online shopping. My stipend there was 8000 per month. As it was a practical work, i enjoyed a lot.

The on-campus placement of our college was average. it was 120 students strength in the course and by combinig both, on-campus and off-campus, placements there were more than 60 studends got selected in different comanies. Particularly for on-campus approximately 50 candidates got selectedName of the company visited to the college:1) Accenture- package of 3. 6 lakhs per annum. 2) Syntel - offered 3. 2lakhs per annum. 3) Birla Soft Software- 3. 5 lakhs per annum. 4) Sopra india- 4. 2 lakhs per annum.

There were a lot of festivals that were celebrated in the college. 1) Freshers party- a social and cultural program to interact with the new comers of college. 2) Visits of the qualified personality of other countries and cultural program in respect of them3) Management programs - to teach the basics of management. 4)Fest- Fest are the programm where the technical and non-technical new experiments were shown to the visitors which were invented by the college students itself. Cultural and management skill programs were also the part of such skill developing festival. They were organized in a large so that everyone can participate in that. Participated in technical fests and as discipline volunteer in the programs.

The colloge hostel rooms are not much in numbers to provide accommodation to all. so many of the students live in PG where the average rental is about ?1500 to ?2000 per 2-sheeter room. The PG's are availble easily as per the need. They are not far as well from the college and environment of the place is also good.

Campus life and environment are pretty healthy and full of enjoyment. Gender ratio: about 4:1 (males/females) average. Student party: every parties from starting to end take place. where faculties are always welcomed. Workshops: Held in every year on techinal as well as non-technical subjects. Tolerance: As engg degree makes a person full with social and human values, every single student take care of any mischivious or ragging issues. They are well educated both in course as well as in real life. Race, religion, sexual orientation, economic status are not an issue anywhere in college in all aspects, every class and caste's student feel free and live together without any discrimination. Every one is treated in same manner and are free to do whatever they want in legitimate way.

Network and bond with seniors, super seniors, alumni is great. Every student can interact with the seniors anytime, anywhere. As Alumni meet celebrated every year, the alumni gather in large number and before the function every one interact with the juniors in the college and tell the stories. Very effective and pleasant time of the year. Once I met with a alumni who got selected in a mnc, as he was off campus selected candidate, he told that to get job in on-campus drive is far more easier than to get in off campus drives. as in off campus you will face with whole country's job seeker aspirants, whereas in college there are hardly in hundreds. That give me the glimpse of outside competition to get a job. That was really a great real life experience which changed my view and perception.

The faculty members always try to made our focus in the subject's essentials, they teach and tell us all the aspects as per the real time need alongwith the number securing techniqes in semester exams. As they were highly qualified and experienced so alwa
