The college is very new and it has to work hard to earn a name among recruiters hardly any company had shown interest to recruit students of the pioneer batch in fact students werent able to secure a job in pool placements too. Hence majority (about 40%) students have opted for further studies some students are found to accuse their placements officer as "lazy

College Events

A cultural festival in even semesters and a technical festival in odd semesters are celebrated here. Participation is in good numbers in tech fest due to enthusiasm shown by first and second year students also students from nearby colleges come to participate in events like LAN gaming and robotics cultural festivals get better overall response than technical.

Hostel Facilities

The canteen of universal college is spacious and airy as it is not confined by walls on any side it offers a variety of food items at affordable rates, manchurian beingthe most popular of them is pricedat 25 rupees.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.
