Remarks
They have to do more infrastructure and in hostel facilities and also in cultural activities. This university is the best university in term of faculty in mining engineering. You can compare from iit also but you will not get this type of quality.
Course Curriculum Overview
There will be two mid semester examination in which one is of 50 marks and second is of 100 marks. In 50 marks there will be questions and answers. And in 100 there will be objective type questions. In semester examination there are 5 questions of 8 marks and 5 questions of 12 marks.in every question there will be objective.
Placement Experience
Yes , college provide several internship. In every semester break we have to do internship in various industries in various part of India and in international level also like in thailand or Malaysia. In placement I'm not a fan of my college. My overall experience is good not best but if you want to learn and study BTech in mining this is best college in India apart from IIT and nit.
College Events
Various events from annual function to spandan. In spandan there are combination of games activities fest from pubg tournament to cricket, eating golgappas to making delicious food, from quiz to kbc , from dance to song everything.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For me Expensive. Per semester you have to pay 43,000 tuition fees + you have to pay 2500 exam fees And 5000 for various activities and incentives. So in semester you have to pay 50,500 RS. But looking at the infrastructure of our university it looks expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are several scholarship schemes offered by university on the basis of your percentage in semester examination, your participation in sports activities, your 12 standard marks. If you are national level player in any sports you will get special concession.
Campus Life
There are more than 10 labs in mining department only and in that lab more than instrument are their. There are also sport competition conducted by university annually. In my choice they are below average.
Hostel Facilities
Never opted but I heard from my friends that the hostel services of our university is pathetic. Food was not of good quality and not proper. Room was ok but facilities given by hostel was below average.
Alumni/Alumna
They are very helpful. There was one senior who was always ready to help me in any situation not only he but many other too. Here seniors are very good. They don't care from where are you, who are you they will help you. They will support you like family.
Admission
Just went there and got my admission because of my percentage. There was no entrance exams. But students were also selected on the basis of jee. And in the basis of the 12 percentage. The admission process was easy as compare to other colleges.
Faculty
Faculty is awesome. From lab in-charge to Dean everyone are special in their own way. They don't have only qualifications but they also having vast praticals knowledge also They will help you in every manner.
