Niet civil engineering

Positives: computer science branch is good. IT branch is also good for placement and all. Chemical branch students are successful of our college. Negatives: Never opt civil engineering in NIET. Teacher are not worthy of respect as they have not good knowledge.

Most of the things are same as in other colleges. Sessional tests are held on regular basis for internal marks assessment. Syllabus and patterns is based on the atku. From library students can get standard text books to study.

Placement shell of cs and it branches is good and plenty of companies comes for them. for civil engineering hardly any company comes. Bpo type companies also give recruitment to the students of our college.

Many extra curricular activities are organised on time to time. Like quizzes, debates, robo race, robo war, freshers party, wellfare party etc. Awards are given to the deserving participants with a certificate.

Feasible Hostel fee is lowest in comparison of other private colleges of ncr. Tuition fee along with other fees like library fee, security etc comes around 50000 per semester that means 1 lakh for an anum.

Government provide scholarship to the students who belongs to the families of income lesser than 5 lakh per anum. For availing the benefits students have to follow the required procedure like filing the online form with genuine data and submitted the copy of that in the college.

Labs are awesome but lab assistants usually are not that much proficient in handling the various equipments of the lab. In sports, one can play basketball, volley ball, badminton, cricket and racing activities can be done also.

I didn't opted for hostel. I was a day scholar. But my classmates who were in hostel were more relaxed most of the time while i have to reach College by taking auto and all to reach on time for classes.

Yes as seniors are helpful most the time usually. They help in suggesting the books required. They also suggest regarding the various future aspects like jobs, private and government also. For contacting them students can serch them on Quora and Facebook too.

Through upsee and after that, counseling was done near my home district. Then NIET got allotted to me as accordingly to my rank. Then i visited college with demand draft of fees and took admission there.

Faculty of civil engineering is bogus as most of them don't know how to teach because they are just passed out student in the 2013 onwards batches. There is no chance of placement specialy in civil engineering.
