UIM, University of Kerala Alappuzha

UIM is a small center of University of Kerala because of that the overall facilities is less , you don't have much of rooms or library system there and labs, chance of not completing your syllabus is high,

They only providing post graduation course in UIM which is MBA You get 2 years and 4semesters in that exams are semester based each semester you will have minimum of 7subject and internal exams and presentations ,first two semesters are common papers for everyone after that in 3rd sem you can choose electives you will get to choose two papers as electives and the same semester you have to do an internship and fourth semester which is the last sem you will have 4papers and 1project to present

They don't provide any placement opportunities in UIM but there is an option for you to attend placement which conduct in University trivandrum, and also college won't provide any internship they only give you an requesting letter

All Kerala festivals are celebrated, like onam, Christmas etc. If they aren't you will get holiday for that same, facilities available in there is less so celebration won't be big, and also college is a professional center you won't be getting too much time for fun

It will cost approximately one lakh and fifty thousand whcih has to pay in term wise you don't have to pay completely at the first time, beginning of every semester you get ten days to pay scheduled amount in college which you have to pay as Demand Draft

College will help you to get loan from bank , they will provide all necessary documents for the same, and assist, There have scholarship for backward class people and minority communities which has some paperwork to do

College will conduct management fest and they also get invited for other fests so which is very useful to develop your competitive skills and also there have University sports you can attend those also

There is no hostel facility for UIM but you have facilities in main campus which is in trivandrum, if you are in other UIM centers you have to opt for rental rooms which you will get plenty or you could contact seniors who studying there they will help you to get

They have alumni association but which is not so active, so there isnt much use of that senior students will help you to get choose companies for your internship based on their previous experience which is very helpful

First you have to write Kerala government entrence exam for get in which called as KMAT depending on the score of that exam you will get a call letter for attend their Interview and Group discussion if you have done it properly they will display your final scores

Faculties are allotted by kerala University and their board, you will have teachers for every subject and guest lecturer for electives, and they will continually evaluate your performance and provide CE marks depends that
