Dit university review

Overall I am really impressed by Dit, I love the location it is the midst of mountains in the beautiful city called dehradun. The infrastructure and education is really good, i feel good that I have joined Dit university

The course is strictly followed according to the curriculum of Delhi University, in a semester there are two exams one mid term of 50 marks, two quiz of 10 marks each 20 marks practical(for selected subjects) 10 marks internal and an end term exam of 100 marks.

If dit does provide excell placements, the average package of an engereering student is 4-6 lack per annum they also provide internship in the final year which is really great and beneficial there is a 90% placement record in dit

Dit is known for its culteral fest youthopia which is held in November every year it is 3 day event including dj night, fashion show, star night, battle of bands, dancing and singing competition Mr. And miss Dit competition

Fee structure is very standard and nominal fee is quite reasonable like my fee for Bsc math hons is 35000 per semester having 6 semester it sums upto 210000 for 3 years which is quite feasible. Plus we are also offered scholarships

Yes dit offers various scholarships like merit based scholarship of 25% for those who get more than 80% in their 12 boards and a scholarship of 26% is available for UK domocile quota I.E for students belonging to Uttarakhand

Extracurriculars are quite good including cricket, football, tennis, basketball, a sports tournament called sphurti is held every year in DIT which is really good, campus have no shortage of computer labs and various kinds of labs

Junior senior bonding is really good in DIT university there is a strict no ragging policy seniors are really helpful and cheering whenever in doubt we can run our seniors for help and they never fails us.

I checked the course details online on Dit university official site then registered online for counselling there I had to upload my documents and pay the registration fee, then I went to the college submitted my documents gave my interview and boom I got selected

The faculty here is highly professional from the top instutions of India as well as abroad majority of faculty is from the esteemed IIT's the staff very helpful and friendly having much experience in their field
