College authority are so responsible and awesome that makes our college an no 1 government college in sikkim.College has a big compound. And it's has its own cafeteria for the good of students.Its also has its Library where we get almost all the books needed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen Bsc, chemistry Honours. I hope it's a wise choice as chemistry teaching faculty are just awesome.Exam is of semister system and to clear the semister we are to face 3 exams,two exams of 25 marks and final term of 50 marks.
Placement Experience
No placement and jobs opportunities are seen in the college. But for pharmacy student there is a more chance of having a internship.But for other departments there is no such facilities of internship and job opportunities.
College Events
In our college we get to see seminars on different fields. We celebrate an annual fest in the college where we have lots of activities in academic,stage and field.Like poetry competition,eassy competition, sports, singing, dancing etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's a government college so the fee structure is feasible.The fee payment in on the basis of COI or Sikkim subject,that is those having coi don't have to pay any fee and those without coi are to pay some fees that too affordable.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I don't know about any scholarship or loan facility offered by college but there are some scholarship for the coi holders given by the state government.He/she can also get the welfare scholarship if eligible.
Campus Life
Labs for bsc students and pharmacy student are up to the mark will all the required apparatus and chemicals required.sports in the college is encouraged within the college area we have a volleyball court, football field and hall for badminton and also for table tennis.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I stay in the hostel,if I have to rate our college hostel out of 10 then I will not hesitate to give 8. There are many facilities in field of sports and also for the studious ones also because the area around the hostel is a silent zone.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college has no alumni network as it's a government institute hence if college needs any help government does the needful.But the seniors in the college are really helpful. In the upcoming days we can form an alumni association.
Admission
We are to fill the online form with 10 and +2 results and after a month first merit list is generated on the basis of your marks obtained, I got the admission following the process,I was shortlisted on the first merit list.
Faculty
Teaching faculty are just awesome and are well qualified.They are always available in and around the campus for us.If we need any help from them regarding studies or any other matter they just don't hesitate to help, which make them the best.
