Remarks
Good availability of resources. Decent workload, good faculties and infrastructure old but yet satisfactory. Lack of hostels is a issue but good locality and availability of hostels and PG at reasonable cost helps.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good as many students from our College get good score in GATE exam. Exam structure is also good. There isn't so much chaos everything is simple and you can easliy understand what your approach should be.
Placement Experience
This is my final year and what j have seen till now that according to what rank we have companies are coming to College but there is always rooms for improvement. Job opportunities are there for IT and related branches. Core suffers a bit in this section. The only problem in placements here is the internal politics of Placement Cell body.
College Events
There are several events that are organised at our institute. These range from cultural fest to technical fest to sports fest. Other than this also several events related to literature art culture and other things happen on a regular basis. Several workshops and entrepreneurship activities are also organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure I feel is quite expensive and that is something that must be looked upon by the government because the fees that we pay is very much comparable to the private colleges. So if you study in a College of National importance then you expect feasible fee structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships offered. For economic poor section there are concessions in fee based on the annual income. Then for higher studies several scholarships for backward and bright students are available.
Campus Life
There are several extracurricular activities that take place every academic year. We have sports fest , labs workshops everything one can think of gets organised and interested students participate.
Alumni/Alumna
There are several great alumni of this College working at great places. Seniors are always helpful in fun and studies both. In the placement seniors provide a lot of help as they know the process also most of them are placed in most of the good corporates.
Admission
I got admission through the JOSAA for JEEMAIN. I appeared in 2016 JEE and my rank was 14143. Then i got this college based on my rank in the counseling and then all the admission proceedings were quite simple.
Faculty
Faculty are mixed up. Some are good , experienced having great knowledge while you can also find irritating ones but they are specially the temporary ones. Few permanent are also not very good but overall faculties won't be a problem.
