My College Life

Our college was like a second home. We used to spend hours of time at the empty lecture rooms of our college. On that time there were lots of enjoyments with our friends was going in our college. Lots of memories given by college that will always be grateful to them.

Since I was a student of commerce I choose the stream of B.Com (Hons) in Accounting & Finance so I was selected in the 2nd list of my college. I was very happy about it because all my friends were also selected in the stream

No actually there were no job opportunity from directly our college but our college provides many courses for job related exam. This was very helpful for us. It was helping for our carrier oriented courses for seeking the job.

There were sports events celebrated as the Annual sports function. I was participated in football tournament representing my class in the college final. We win in the annual sport final defeating the 3rd year commerce team. Also there was Qebate, Quiz contest, Extempo. Those events were very exciting for us.

Fees structure was feasible can be easily bear by any middle class family. There were some students from lower class people they always get concession from the fee structure to continue their study. It was a great decision by our principal.

There were some good scopes for the rank holders in annual exam of 3rd year exam. They get scholarship for the further studies in post graduation or the diploma courses. So there was a healthy competition between the students.

There was a well decorated science lab in our college. The most of the time I spend in the commonroom with carrom board and TT Table. I just love to play the carrom board. There was frequent sports practice like cricket, football, volleyball etc in our college premises

There was a boys hostel adjacent to our college. It was very well decorated building with all the modern facilities. Food & rooms were great but the bathrooms are not cleaned very well. But rent of boys hostel was pocket friendly.

There are annual functions organised for the ex students where we can join and enjoy our college life once again with our college buddies. We get a chance to get close with our old nasty college gangs with them there were thousands of memories.

I was applied for the three colleges but there was merit list announced as per the basis of Higher Secondary Exam. In the first list I was not selected but at the time of 2nd list declared my name was on the list.

Faculty was very experienced & cooperative. Our principal was very happy and caring in nature. So they always look after us about our studies. Young faculties were very friendly with us. So It was a great experience with them.
