One of the best college in jodhpur

Overall the college is good. One may find the fee structure a bit high as compared to other colleges in jodhpur for the same course but the faculty is brilliant and I personally prefer semester system as it keeps me involved in my studies throughout the year, and internal exams supports on this process and allows shift burden of the syllabus on last exam moments.

Our college has a nice faculty for each department and classes are held on a regular basis with other optional curriculum activities. The college organises sports and other activities for students to participate. Also, the semester system allows college students to indulge in studies throughout the year and every year industrial visits are organized. Final year students are allowed to fill placement forums as well.

Every year several companies come for placement. Ex. Nokia and many more from different sectors. I had also done an internship at Sunil Traders here in Jodhpur only for 35 days. The college organizes various sessions for students to acquire knowledge about the recruitment drive of companies and for start-up programs.

The college organizes competition events, quiz, sports and an annual function every year. All the events are based on college-level, no inter-college competition is there. But the events are quite good and anyone from the college can participate in such events. Sports: cricket, basketball, badminton, volleyball, football,kho-kho, kabbadii. Quiz and other events : department based competitions related to studies, gk, drama, seminars, presentaions, etc. Annual function event includes a celebrity appearance and various perfomance by students. Dance, act, ramp-walk show etc.

The fee structure is not flexible for all the courses. The management course fee is paid fully in advance by the students which are not refundable. Fees can be deposited in the bank by cash or cheque or by the student himself on the website of lachoo memorial college. Semester fees are included in this fee every year. No additional fee is to be paid for a semester.

The college may offer the scholarship to department topper for any assistance in further studies. The criteria for the scholarship can be understood by the department head by the students if they want to avail any scholarship. No idea for the average sum of the scholarship provided.

The college organizes various events and competitions including a quiz, debates, sports events. Boy girl ratio is near to equal. The college doesn't tolerate any gender discrimination or racism on caste or religion. Earlier student elections are conducted in college but now its shut down. No elections are conducted in college.

Interaction by seniors is very important while picking up a college. My seniors were good and helped me to find out the right way to choose the subject and college in particular.

I opt lachoo memorial college on the basis of suggestions from my family and school teachers. I am a bit interested in business as well as I was a commerce student in school so I opt BBA as per my interest. The admission procedure was quite simple. Anyone who wants to get admission should fill up an admission form and he/she should have scored an aggregate of 50 per cent or more in 10+12.

Bachelors of Business Administration is a three-year course of management studies. The expressed objective of this course is to provide a wider and sound base to the students about management and business at a global level. In my college, there is a total of 39 subjects in BBA and presentation and viva in each year. There are 4 lectures of an hour of each subject in a day. Average 6-7 subjects in a semester. Also, final year students are given industrial experience by internship programs, compulsory for all the students of final year.
