Remarks
In campus transportation is through only cycle. Only cycles are allowed for students. Hostels are very facilitative and have good infrastructure. The hostel rent is charged along with the semester fee.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are two exams conducted in a semester, midsemester and endsemester. Apart from this several quizzes are conducted during the regular semester. There are a semi-independent course curriculum choices.
Placement Experience
There is a separate cell in the college to take care of the placements and internships. Many companies come for both. Internships are offered at the end of second year and placements are conducted after the end of third year. The stipend varies from 1.5LPM to 20kpm for internships. The placements are more varied in terms of stipend. The overall placement rate is about sixty percent.
College Events
There festivals are conducted in the year. One, Antaragni, cultural fest, Udghosh, sports fest and Techkriti, technical fest. Apart from this various activities are organized including freshers night, farewell, celebration of different Indian festivals, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is varied. Depending upon the finincial status of the student, various scholarships and waivers are offered. The academic fee is paid per semester and hostel charges are also included.
Fees and Financial Aid
MCM scolarship is offered and there is information available on scholarshipd to the students. Various scholarships from the government are offered and from the alumni too. Education loans can be availed by the students from the banks available on campus.
Campus Life
There are ample sports facilities and many labs with high quality equipment. Extracurricular activities are available throughout the year and full support from seniors is given. Sports courses are also there in the first year.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni are an integral part of the institute. They are always welcoming in whatever field you require guidance in. Students can reach out freely and the outreach cell also gives guidance on how to contact alumni.
Admission
The college admission is through JEE-Advanced Examination conducted in May. Thereafter, Online counselling is conducted in which the colleges are alloted based on the choices filled by the students and their ranks.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is highly experienced and reputed researchers. Apart from courses, professors also offer various project oppurtunities throughtout the semester and during the summer and winter vacations.
