College Review

Overall the college is good. The facilities are above average but not very good. The facilities are also good and cooperative. If anyone wants to take admission in this college. They need to think twice.

The curriculum is good. We are taught about different subjects like Farm machinery, Soil and water conservation, Agriculture Process Engineering and food engineering. The exams are held semester wise.

May companies come in the college for placement for various branches. The overall placement is okk. Some braches have very less placements. The college doesn't provide any internship to the students. Instead they are send for summer or winter trainings.

There are many cultural and sports activities held in the college. Many seminars are also organised in the college. Events like open mic, treasure hunt, student of the year. Sports activities like marathon, football, cricket etc.

The fees is expensive as compared to other engineering and management colleges in the country. Its fees is more than 60000 for engineering courses and similar fees for management courses also. It is not feasible for economically weaker students.

Yes there are different scholarship schemes of the college such as earn while you learn, Mandi parisha d scholarship and we can also avail the scholarship given by different state government to the meritious students.

The labs are not good at all. Most of the machine are in not working condition. Sports activities are good as it is conducted throughout the year. Different sports like football, volleyball, cricket and other like marathon. Extra curricular activities and events are also held occasionally.

The hostel infrastructure is not good at all. The rooms are very small and dirty. The mess food is also very bad. The lighting is also not good. Rules are very strict. The hostel fees is also high as compared to the facilities provided in it.

The alumni network is good. Most of the alumni are working in reputed firms and are at good positions. Many students have qualified many competitive exams and many are currently working in foreign countries. Seniors are very good and cooperative.

I gave the entrance test. After that according to rank i was called for counselling. I selected the course I wanted according to my rank. There were several procedure we needed to follow to get the admission.

Overall the faculty is good. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They have good knowledge of their subjects and have a very good way to teach. They are very cooperative to the students and very motivating.
