One of the best College in Jaipur

Need To update the course (Talking about Bca). Need stable faculties and more practical knowledge. Need more focus on projects. Need Internships (more Practical knowledge). Infrastructure is really good and Director Mam of the college (MS. Roopal Poddar) is really sweet person, she do really gets feedback from the students and do listen to their complaints. Overall I have great time in college.

As the college is affiliated to Rajasthan University , the course provided by R.U. is little outdated but other colleges offers the same, so no complaint. BCA is a 3 year course with yearly exams(No Semester System). Had 6 subjects in each year and 4 practical subjects each contain 100 marks so total 1000 marks each year. Have to clear atleast 3 subjects out of 6 to get promoted to next year and have to clear all subjects in the final year.(This rule is of RU & not of College). Exams are conducted by the University and bot by college.

Almost every month college conduct placement drive, big & small all companies come but the packages are not high. For other streams like bba,ba,mba these companies are great with good packages too but for IT very less companies give good packages, So for Bca students job opportunities are really less. For IT Companies provide packages of 5-25k PM. For other streams packages go to 60k PM, but don't expect much.

Manthan - College fest (Dance, Singing, Painting, Cooking and much more) IT Fest- (Robot fight,Mobile Game war, Quiz, And much more) Seminars - Almost every week workshops- Almost every month Inter College Competitions. ETC.

Fee is also one thing to choose this college, I think it is feasible for all, as it is one of the cheapest fees for the BCA Course. Total 36k for one year so Total 1.08Lakhs for whole BCA Course. Fees can be submitted in 2 parts for a year. Students also get discount If they achieve rank. While admission having Good Percentage can help in getting discount or even get scholarship of a whole year fees. 10% for who rank 1st 5% for 2nd & 3rd rank holders. 10% sibling discount. and much more.

Many scholarships are provided by the college, the scholarships I am aware of are: If You have percentage more than 90% in your 12th Board , 1st year of your course is free. If you hold a rank , you get discount in your fees: 10% for who rank 1st 5% for 2nd & 3rd rank holders. and much more. If you have siblings studying in the college, you both will get 10% discount in your fees. ETC.

Their is no playground in the college, so forget about out door games, but they do have indoor games like table tennis, carrom board, ludo etc. College do have gym if you are fitness freak. Their is no proper faculty for the gym and the faculty for games is really dumb and worthless person, he really have no knowledge whatsoever, his daily routine is to come and chit chat with others and go gome That's It.

No Hostel facilities. College do not provide any hostel facilities as of my knowledge. Earlier their was boys hostel behind the college but now it's been converted into classrooms. For girls i think their is still a hostel nearby college but I'm not sure.

As a commerce student I only have one option to enter IT Field & that's BCA. I was searching for best Colleges for Bca on Google & it shows Poddar as one of the colleges. My sister & best friend was also in the same college so I choose this college. I had a meeting/interview with the Chairman of the college and then with the course Lecturers and was satisfied as compared with other colleges too.

Faculties are really good, they are so helpful and understanding. Faculties do boost students and try their best for the students. One thing is that Faculties may get change every year, very less faculties stay/continue. But from all the faculties I studied everyone was great.
