Remarks
In my words, the college is good and supported me throughout my college days. The more I became aware of the place I understood the premises and I was happy to be an alumni here. As all my professors as well as the hod helped me to understand the concept even more.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was divided into 3 years and each year the semester system was allocated and each semester there were different subjects related to the program. In geography stream, the subjects were like Contemporary Human Geography, Natural resource management, and other geographical locations and demography related subjects.
Placement Experience
College manages to make the students get into good organisations like schools as as geography teacher and most of the time students were very much enthusiast in continuing studying further and hence, tries to achieve post doctorate degree to become a geography professor.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I was in BA. geography and my per year fee was around Rs 1950/- and in total I paid around Rs 5850/-. thus, the 3-year fee was structured in such a way that it was paid without any stress. As the amount was less and the college had good facilities to make sure the students do well.
Campus Life
The college organises excursion activities and trips to make the students well aware of the geographical locations and in depth knowledge about the certain degree of the educational content. Apart from this, the campus had a digital language lab and good library.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumnae association is maintained and we got plenty of opportunity to enhance our career as well as communication skills. Because of this portal we were also allowed to sit for the placement or to attend any sort of seminars and conferences.
Admission
The admission here was simple procedure all I required was to submit my documents and the eligibility criteria was like all you need to get good grades in higher secondary school level from either CBSE/ICSE or any other equivalent education board.
Faculty
All my geography professors were well trained and were Ph.D. in geography stream. Their nature was so good and hence, helped me to understand the subject. As the geography course required much in depth of core knowledge.
