One of the best colleges for Bachelors and Masters

Overall the college is a very good choice for both technical and management courses. There exists a positive learning environment in the college that seconds to none int he country.

The college maintains a strict classroom decorum with a scheduled classroom session 6 days a week. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory for each student every semester. The syllabus followed is according to the rules and regulations of UGC and it is updated every 3 years in order to keep up with the ever-changing industry needs.

The college has a strong student placement record and students have been placed in reputed companies like Microsoft, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Skytech, Hindustan Motors and many others. There is a continuous effort on the part of management to provide better placement for the students every year. The college also provides consistent internship opportunities for the students. Information on internships is provided to the students on a consistent basis.

The college lays emphasis on extracurricular activities for the holistic development of the students. There are frequent educational, sports, tech, and cultural events that take place throughout the year. The college also hosts an annual cultural event called "Kaalrav" each year with invitees from educational institutions all over the country. A special performance by known personalities from the Bollywood industry is also a mandate in this festival.

The college provides complete transparency in the fee breakdown. A complete record of fees paid can be availed from the finance department at any time. The college also lists all the fee details on its official website. The fee structure is quite feasible as compared to other institutes in the country. The program fee for MBA sums up to 8 lakhs within a period of 2 years ie 4 lakhs p.a. The fees can be paid in both online and offline mode. Cheques, demand draft, cash all are accepted as a mode of payment.

There is a scholarship available as well as a special fee cut off for residents of Sikkim. An education loan is also available. Personally I haven't opted for either of these.

The campus has an extremely friendly uplifting atmosphere. The college has a strict anti-ragging policy and there is no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed or color. Extracurricular activities are conducted on a regular basis and the college is open to inputs from the students. If you wish to conduct any informative, learning activity, you may approach the concerned persons and conduct it.

The facilities provided in the hostel is excellent. There are 24-hour electricity and hot/cold water supply in the building. There is also a night canteen available for the students. A floor warden is assigned to each floor for the student's safety and guidance. The hostel environment is friendly and safe.

The senior students are approachable and helpful. They can be approached at any time for educational/personal guidance.

The admission process begins by filling the application form available online and as well as on campus. Once that is filled you will receive a date for an admission test(if you have not sat for any entrance exam). Based on your result on the admission test, you will be called for an interview and group discussion. Your overall result on the admission test, interview and group discussion will determine your admission to the college. If you are selected, there will also be an orientation before the course begins.

The college has a well-equipped faculty, who are well qualified and highly dedicated. They are available 24x7 for doubt clearance and solving student grievances. A dedicated teacher guardian is assigned to the students in every class with a 1:15 teacher to student ratio. All problems relating to education, classes, family, etc can be discussed with the teacher guardian. He/she is available for personal guidance on any matter.
